Called around 9:45 am on 5/8/2008 to inquire about their prices. The operator who answered the phone, hung up on me as soon as she asked my name and I told her what my last name was (my last name sounds Indian). Called back because I thought she had hung up by mistake (trying to put me on hold or something like that), she hung up again. I gave up and called another self storage place. So immigrants and foreign born individuals with an accent, be ware!

Ive used this Self-Storage Plus in Crystal City for over 6 years. The facility is clean, has never had any maintenance issues, and there is ample space to maneuver and move. The facility has three large elevators so moving on weekends isnt an issue. The managers have been courteous and very accommodating as our needs have shifted. I recommend without hesitation!
