Ill give you a review. Monique gave me a 4 or 5 days notice that my belongs where to be auctioned off instead of the mandatory 20 days required by Virginia law. I was in NC caring for my father, since deceased, who had advanced Alzheimers disease. I pleaded with her to let me make a partial payment but she said no. I owed around $400. One of her regular "customers" swooped in and made off with everything I had to my name. Birth Certificate, Passport, military records, awards and decorations, uniforms and my clothing, college diploma, thousands of photographs and most painful of all, my family heirlooms. By law she was required to segregate those documents but she stood by and let that awful woman take everything in a U-Haul to Lancaster, PA. When I took her to task on this she coldly informed me worst things can happen and to basically get over it. I reached out to upper management and her director called me to say he understood why I was upset and that in fact Monique did violate standard operating procedures in the way she handled it in not allowing me the 20 days I was allowed according to Virginia law to pay what was owed. He told me going forward this would never happen again. Lessons learned. He contacted the woman who made off with my belongings to see what could be salvaged but she informed him she tossed what she didnt want to keep in the trash and not to contact her again. I was unemployed at the time and dad was my number one priority. Monique, if you are reading this just know that I have communicated this unnecessary loss to Spence Kirk, CEO of ExtraSpace. My hope is that he calls you and your regional manager on the carpet and fires you both. This broke my heart Monique. This is not over and that is a promise. Did you pocket any of the profit from the illegal sale? And for those trolls out there who will respond saying I deserved this then you too dont have a heart.

I needed storage for a little over one month because I am in the process of moving into a new place. After having a bad experience with a previous storage company I was a little nervous to trust another one. However I could not have been more relieved. After finding this storage facility on the internet, I was pleased with how easy it was to find. The man who greeted me was very nice, knowledgeable and helpful. He explained everything very thoroughly and left me with no questions. He also informed me about a promotion they were doing which made the first month free. After he gave all of my information and explained all of the terms for the storage, I easily was able to transport my belongings to my unit because they provided numerous pushing carts on wheels. This saved a tremendous amount of time and really made a difference. Overall, I would highly recommend the extra space storage in arlington to anyone. You cant beat the price or friendliness of the employees at the front desk.

My experience at Extra Space was superb and great and I recommend their storage facility. Akbar Bux assisted me - he was very professional, sensitive to my needs, knowledgeable, courteous and did a fantastic job at managing multiple customers at the same time and multi-tasking. It was a busy Saturday and there were lots of customers, but he managed his time very well, and assisted me in a timely manner. Hi provided me with the information I needed. I felt I was able to get my work done with him very promptly and he was sensitive to my time and customer focused. Akbar enhanced my overall experience with Extra Space Storage. Monique who assisted me with my account set up was equally nice and sensitive to my needs and my time. I would use their facility again in the future if I need to. My prior experience with Public Storage was not as good.

When I retired I had to dispose of 40 years of my life. As a squirrel I chose to store it and rent a very small office for continuing my work. Books, trinkets and papers went to Extra Space. There I can easily find what I need or just sit with my store of knowledge and plaudits and contemplate. I have not been in the front office in over a year - excellent no time away from contemplation, The loading dock is a marvel; there is room for several at a time and carts are always there when I need one. Getting boxes of books is no problem for this 70+ grandfather - all the way from my locker to my car or vice-versa. The temperature goes up and down as expected in a unit without climate control, but Ive seen nothing so far of concern. I could not be more pleased with the location and ambiance of the carrel.

I have used this property for over a year and I was very impressed on how the property was maintained, sparkling clean,very well train professional employees the best in the industry, when I sold my house I had planned to use it for short term but with the type of service received at this location forgot to move my things out and end it up staying for about 18 months, I have recently come to visit my storage and was very pleased to see that my items could not be in a better place. I had forgotten about my code and my unit number and I was help by the girls in the office and they were very, very nice and helpful with any question I had they answered all of them, recommend this location to anyone in the need of storage in this area..

The management at this Extra Space storage location is far and away the best Ive ever experienced. They go out of their way to accommodate your needs and troubleshoot any concerns you may have without making you feel rushed or as an inconvenience. Ive had storage units in four different states and I can comfortably say that this one has been the best both in price and customer service. JUST one thing, I wish they had a few more options on sizes to have more variety in price points. Other than that, I HIGHLY recommend this location if youre in the market for a storage unit - climate controlled or not - they will take care of you and your needs.

Got a special $29 deal for the first month. Only needed the space for less than that time, so a great deal for me. Ended up using 2 units. Easy to get to, usually not very busy, and GREAT access hours compared to other places I looked into. Staff was great. The carts they provide are also very useful. Someone else in my business cleared out one of the storage units, and they called me afterward to make sure that I was all set and ready to close out the lease, saving me the trouble of coming in and having to do it. Clean, climate controlled and accessible. Highly recommended.

I stored some boxes and furniture here for about six months through a move. It was the second time I used their services. The place is very well kept and very secure. The staff at the front desk were professional and pleasant. The large indoor loading dock right next to the elevators makes it easy to get things in and out. They provide carts and there is a store where you can buy boxes and other supplies. No problems with the monthly auto-pay service. I would definitely recommend this place if you need to store things.
