Dear Public Storage, I would like to take this time to convey my compliments to your entire staff for exceeding their service expectations. I would specifically like to applaud Mr. Ever Guzman (Site Supervisor) for a job well done. I truly like to commend Mr. Guzman for is outstanding performance at Public Storage Site #27284. I know in the difficult financial times, conduct business as "normal" is a thing of the past. Moreover, Mr. Guzman is motivated to make things happen without a great deal of effort on the part of regional management, and I want Public Storage to know how much I appreciate his service and the services of his staff for their hard work. Especially, Mr. Guzman performance during roof repairs. I have a unfortunate experience with the roof on top of storage building D. It was water from the rain that damaged my personal effects. However, Mr. Ever instructed me if a needed to file a insurance claim, (I did not) because shortly after a roofing repair company was on site to make repairs to the leaking roof. Mr. Guzman was able to accommodate me with a equable solution resolving this unpleasant situation and made ever effort to end this problem with excellent customer service. Although the location and the storage buildings are extremely challenging at his storage property. Mr. Guzmans extraordinary contribution and his remarkable leadership abilities showed his great value to Public Storage. Ive been with Public Storage at this location for over 8 years. Never any issues at. Public Storage 27284 on Jeff Davis Highway, Woodbridge VA,. THIS FACILITY Has THE BEST FACITITY MANAGER/CUSTOMER SERVICE REP In MR. EVER GUZMAN THAT I HAVE EVER ENCOUNTER IN ANY STORAGE or RETAIL STORE.(I have been a store manager too for a National Chain store). HE is REMARKABLE!!! MR. GUZMAN IS MOST PERSONABLE, COURTEOUS, KNOWLEDGEABLE AND PROFESSIONAL IN CUSTOMER SERVICE & MANAGEMENT. He is always VERY helpful and offers suggestions to help the customer in decision making. This facility is super clean and safe for your most valuable prosessions. Mr. EVER GUZMAN has my respect for his helpfulness, and HIS professionalism. Mr. GUZMAN is a very valuable asset for this company in sales, marketing and management. He has common sense, UNLIMITED TALENT and will do almost anything to help a customer. Ever Guzman is a great sales professional. We were in urgent need for a place to store some of our household belongings. We called the 800 number and NIKKY was kind and took down our information. Within a few few minuts, Mr. EVER GUZMAN called and explained about the Public Storage located at Jefferson Davis Hwy. After reviewing our needs, and asking serveral questions he told us that the space we were trying to rent was too small for what we wanted to store. He certainly knows about the needs of people like us. We drove to the Jefferson Davis location and within minutes we had the storage space we needed. I recommend any one in need to store their belongings, for short or long time, to talk with EVER. He know the storage business and will go out of his way to make sure you get what you need at any location you might ever need.

Upon walking into public storage I was greeted by Mr. Ever and he was so kind. I felt like he had great customer service skills! He helped me pick out a storage size that best fit my storage needs. He also offered me other products he thought would be useful to me! My family has been dealing with this particular public storage for quite sometime. When he found out that my grandmother had recently passed away, he offered his condolences and told me how kind she was to him and how they had offen had conversations while she paid her bill. That made me feel so good inside! Im glad she recommended this public storage before she died. I would like to thank Mr. Ever for all his help and kind words!

The PS employee who provided us service in Woodbridge, VA, was Ever. Even though it was a Saturday afternoon and very busy, with a couple of other customers coming in while we were waiting, he was extremely courteous to all, asking for their patience and saying he would be with them in a few minutes. He walked us to our unit and explained everything in a thorough, detailed manner. Ever was extremely friendly and personable, and attentive to our needs and questions. He is a cheerful, efficient employee and easily earned our praise. We look forward to a positive experience with PS and this particular location, knowing that Ever works there and will take care of whatever we need.

First impressions are lasting and the representative (Ever Guzman) made it a great experience! His professionalism and customer service was impeccable. As soon as he greets you at the counter you can tell that your business is welcome there. He went over the details of the rental agreement, the products offered, and just how the system works a way that was easily understood. I would recommend this facility to those I know but hopefully they get the same representative that I was helped with. Customer service is a must on where ever I choose to spend my money and I hope the rest of the staff here has the same work ethics as Mr. Guzman.

I went there not knowing what to expect, however, I feel very lucky to have met Ever Guzman. He made everything so simple. He has great charisma, and is very knowledgeable. He walked me step by step, and helped find the right unit for me. He even went above and beyond by giving me contacts to help me move in my stuff. He also keeps the facility looking great and clean. Great place for storage. Really considerate and helpful people, especially Andy and Brittani. I lost the keys to my storage and needed the lock cut. Unfortunately no one was on the property to actually cut the lock and I could not find a locksmith to cut the particular locks on the storage. Unfortunately my military uniforms were inside my storage and I needed them ASAP. He moved his schedule around and made time to cut the lock THAT same day. He saved me lots of money and a huge headache. Im really grateful.

I had no clue of the size of sworage I would be needing, Mr, Guzman was extremely patient and willing to help,, foremost with a positive attitude and a big smile.
