I was leery about renting a storage space. Would it be clean, could I access it any time I wanted to do so, would it be expensive? I decided to try Uncle Bobs because it was convenient and close to where I would be living. I have been extremely pleased with the entire experience. Tom, in Eagleville, could not have been nicer or more helpful. He answers questions in a timely and courteous manner. I have been very, very pleased with the physical facility. It is roomy and very clean. The building is well lit and so clean, one could eat off the floors. I have also found the fees to be fair and very affordable.

Theres good locations and there are bad locations. Unfortunately this is a poorly managed location. The manager is incompetent or can not make a decision. She failed to understand that there are federal laws in place that prevent certain actions from taking place. Oh and heaven forbid you misplace your key. This facility doesnt pose as the means to cut a lock off in a three week span. Ill never utilize Uncle Bobs storage in any capacity ever again. Id also encourage any military members to steer clear of this location as well.

Great price for a convenient storage facility. It is well maintained and the staff is friendly. The one big negative is that some of that hallways leading to individual storage locations are not continuously flat. Instead, the hallways have steps which, depending on your unit location, you must negotiate. This is due to the lack of elevators at level of hallway. The level changes are not great, a step or two, but if you have heavy items on a cart that you are moving, it can be difficult to maneuver past these obstacles.

Im a Deaf individual so being able to communicate clearly is important to me. Adrian was able to easily communicate with me. He was more than willing to repeat and write on piece of paper to ensure that Im aware of all policies and procedures that follows with reserving storage and booking a rental van. Because of my experience with him, Im comfortable that my storage is secure and Id be able to go to him for any future concerns.

Was recommended this facility from a friend and "moved in" last week. The check-in process was so smooth. I had reserved a unit on an upper floor and it turned out that the furniture I had wouldnt fit in the freight elevator and Adrian was extremely helpful in working with me to find another unit and getting the deal I had online carried over. The facility was nice and we found a ground floor unit to move in. I was very pleased!

I have been overall pleased with my time renting with Uncle Bobs Storage for close to two years. Facilities are average for a storage facility and typically in working order and clean. Management and staff have always been friendly, and answered any questions I have had to satisfaction. Some of the cheapest rental rates, and 24 hour gate access ensures I will keep using Uncle Bobs for storage.

Facility that has experienced quite a few upgrades over the last few years (electronic automatic entry gate, new carts, motion detectors, etc), yet still maintains a friendly mom and pop feel. Very fair rates and an accommodating staff that keeps the facility pretty clean. Elevators are a bit small and tough to navigate carts through, but the price is right.
