Cons: New massive fee increases of $50! An alarm that goes off any time you enter your unit. Inconvienient hours and rude staff. Pros: There was one when it was cheap. Loyalty means nothing to them, very rude staff that decided to tell me "If I dont like it I can take my businesss elsewhere" and charge me a $50 late fee after a 1 day. Totally excessive. Ive used this faucility for several years now, but its time to pack up and move out. Things have changed, I have paid on time in full and have been loyal customer but that apparently means nothing to these guys. Suddenly they decided to raise my monthly fee by $25. Not only that but they used to give you a bill reminder by phone but no longer do that. So they decided to charge a $50 late fee after 1 day. I can understand the late fee but $50 is excessive, its almost the monthly price of my unit before they raised it.. I dont understand the alarm too, how can cutomers enter their unit and be punished by this loud alarm thats obviously going off at the wrong time. The thing has never been fixed for years and just shows their lazyness. The area is also just too far away and out there for what they charge now, you could find a cheaper storage facility closer to where people actually live. Thats exactly what Im going to do. Like a good business. See if they respond to apologize and rectify the situation, I bet not.

went in to rent a truck the lady who worked with me (Lee) was not nice at all, it looked like she hated the job, anyways we rented the truck we were told to bring truck back with the gas level same as they were giving it to us which we did. if you dont they will charge you a $30.00 fee plus $5 for each gallon that is missing, which we knew since we had rented the same truck at a different location 3 weeks earlier. When we returned the truck we double checked to make sure everything was the same way the truck was given to us but guess what?? the next day when they sent me the receipt for my charges, they had charge me the $30.00 fee plus $40 for the "8" gallons that were missing!!! they didnt think i was going to come back but as soon as i saw the charges i made my way back to check the truck. The gas level was exactly where it was supposed to be, they were just trying to get more money! i got really mad because i wasted my time and "gas", that of course they were not going to pay for, just to go check on the truck and get my money back. James apologized and told me "NO ONE IS PERFECT, PEOPLE MAKE MISTAKES, YOU NEED TO COME BACK TO THE REAL WOLRD"… really??? how rude! if you plan to rent here please check GAS AND MILES when you pick up and return! keep up the good work guys!

Made a reservation to get a tow hitched installed. I called the afternoon before and verified that all parts were in stock and that they would still be able to do the install. I arrived 20 minutes early for my 8:00am install and the said not only were they booked full for the day , but the mechanic did not come in until 11. Wilberto and his partner made no effort to accommodate me in any way. Blamed everything on the online reservation system which "doesnt know" the actual availability or schedule at a particular location. When I told them that is exactly why I called the night before to verify, the response was "the call rolled over to the call center in Iowa and they dont know either." In the end, I told them I still needed a hitch and they made no effort to reschedule and safe a sale, just gave me a refund.

I should give no star!!! They are the worst uneducated staff ever and UHAUL should have trained them all over again for about 10 times on customer service skills SINCE SCHOOL EDUCATION DIDNT GET ATTACHED TO THOSE TWO CLOWNS. They also neede to be taught not to try to rip off the customer at the end of the rental...BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE OF THE LADY WHO CLAIMS TO BE THE MANAGER and the Spanish Chico that works as her her pet They are both extremely RUDE to customer so please take a picture of the odometer and fuel Gages so you can stop them from ripping you off. please if other people that had this bad experience would you share your story and let others know that I am not alone on this one and only experience......

I had a towing hitch installed on my Nissan Altima. After making my appointment, I got three different calls and text messages to confirm my appointment and to let me know that the part is available. I arrived at the facility which looked awesome. Well organized. The staff at the desk were very courteous and friendly. I believe the mechanic who worked on my car was Juan Garci who did excellent job and it took him only 45 minutes. The cost was the lowest I could ever find in and around Frederick, a total of $221.25 covering parts, labor, live time warranty, and taxes. You cant beat that. I am very happy and I would recommend them for friends.

Terrible...I ordered a hitch to be put on my car and every time I tried to make an appointment to have it installed, the e mechanic was out sick or off for the next few days or not on the schedule or they would call me when he would be able to do it. Nothing after 3 weeks of trying. I am just going too pick up the hit, hoping it is the correct one and have it installed somewhere else who does want the business. Dont advertise that your not a busy store and that you specialize in hitch installation when clearly no one there could care much less.

Ms. Smith should be fired for her hostile treatment towards my husband. The nastiest customer service staff and very unprofessional, unapologetic general manager W. Ortiz was speaking over me instead of listening to my concerns! Will be spending my money elsewhere. Dont waste your time if you value friendly, professional service. I really cant understand how people think its ok to mistreat their customers these days! Ugh! We will be contacting corporate. Complete waste of our day.

This location attempted to charge me for two rental days when I only used the truck one day. I turned the truck in the same day I received it. The company charged my credit card for an extra day of service two days afterwards. I called to office to clear up the confusion and was told that I made a mistake and the company would go through with the charges. The people I spoke with were quite rude. I had to dispute the claim through my credit card company.

Well, I should have read the reviews before coming here. The lady that helped me , seemed like she doesnt want to work , when I arrived it seemed like she was in the middle of something so I was bothering her. But im the one paying at least I want to spend my money with people who are likeable. But anyway took the van and carried one with my day. Beware! Fill up the tank yourself before returning the rental! They charge 3.75 per gallon for refill!
