Im am overly frustrated at the fact that of course when I need to purchase a storage unit they call several times and make sure everything is good and help me set it up. As soon as I need to move out of my storage unit I cant get a phone call back, no one answers the phone, and I can never speak to a live person who can help me. This is the worst service I have had with renting storage units. I used Extra Storage in the past and had much better service and prices. I didnt use them this time because they were to far. Wont be using Public Storage anymore and sad because its all due to this one place.

This is a great storage business. It is well secured, very clean and the staff are terrific and extremely helpful. When my husband and I signed up Canh showed us our storage space before we signed and Derrick and Clinton both helped us with selecting packing items. Everyone, is so professional, knowledgeable and friendly here. Right now there is a special where the first month costs only a $1.00. You cant go wrong at this storage business. I have done business with this site for over ten years. It has not mattered whether I lived in DC, MD or VA, I always use this specific storage facility. Derrick and Karen are awesome!. Professional, friendly and willing to assist when they can. I dont worry about the security of my property because they make sure all is right. The other staff members are also great as well. I am moving from this area soon but I would recommend this storage facility to anyone with absolutely no hesitation. I will miss them for sure.

This is an excellent place for storing your things. Derrick and his staff - Karen, Cahn and Racquel - are all proficient and knowledgeable about this facility. They work hard to get you signed in and through the required paperwork as efficiently as possible. They try to help you find the right fit and there is no pressure to rent any particular unit. Derrick was especially helpful when I needed to move to a smaller unit. Great location, parking and a bonus that it is covered when loading and unloading your stuff.

This by far is the easiest review for me to write. The entire staff...Derrick, Racquel, Karen and Kahn are always very helpful and very accommodating. Its not too often, you come across an entire staff that enjoy taking care of their customers. You can tell that quality and care is very important to this team. The facility is always in order, restrooms are always clean. If youre looking for a facility where you get it all the love...youve found it. Friendly, safe and convenient, you can not go wrong. I had enquired to several storage facilities most did not make me feel safe with leaving my valuable belonging in the hands of people who appeared not to care if I was a satisfied customer. I then decided I would try one more place and I met Derrick and Karen who where very professional as well as knowledge as to what would be the storage space according to the items needed storage. Unfortunately I decided to wait but when I am ready I will return to as a customer of Derrick and Karen who are really great

This Public Storage facility has served our family for over 25 years, our numerous global moves and throughout that time, both Derrick and Racquel have always provided the best of management and customer service. We have had many opportunities to transfer our belongings throughout the Washington DC area, but because of our preference to be with Derricks facility, we will remain with the Long Branch location until we depart from the WMA for the final time. After Having to cancel a reservation at another local storage facility due to not having room to place and keep a POD temporarily, Derrick at this Public Storage facility was very accommodating. The whole process took about 20 minutes and was fairly simple. He was very knowledgable and had a very good attitude, which means a lot after having no sleep and dealing with other facilities being rude over the phone. Highly recommend this facility as a go-to for your storage needs.

I needed a storage unit asap. I checked online and priced the small unit of various Storage Co.s and found Public Storage the best fit for my wallet. I confirmed my reservation on line, and within 10 mins., I got a call from the Derrick. I drove over to check it out. Close to my house, very personable Mgr.Derrick on duty showed me the unit, and the place looks very safe to me, so I signed the lease and got my unit. Thanks Public Storage Derrick

Hubby and I needed storage for about 8 months choose this location because of its great reviews. I can honestly say I was pleased with the service we received! From the start 5 star customer service is what was promised and we received just that! Staff was there to answer all questions and offer assistance when ever needed. We no longer need storage but if ever we do again this location will definitely be our first pick! Thanks again Kay and Racquel

This is just one of a very few places where I have no hesitation to rank overall FiveStar Establishment. Location - good 4.0 Easy Access - very good 4.5 Conveniently setup/layout - 4.5 Clean Public Area/bathroom - 4.0 Lights/climate control - 4.5 Rates - 4.0 EFFICIENCY of staff - 5.5/5 The entire place seems to be run by Derrick (and it appears to me he is solely responsible to bump up this place to overall to FIVE out of 5)

Great customer service. Arrived close to closing time and they still worked to get me my unit that day. Maegan and Racquel were super friendly and showed me to my unit. They also got all the paperwork done quickly. Very easy experience and highly recommend this location. Just be award that **CONTRARY TO PUBLIC STORAGE WEBSITE** theres ***NO*** climate controlled units at this location.

The staff and location is great. Unfortunately for me, the location of my current storage unit is located in the only area on the second floor thats not accessible by elevator. This means I have to lug everything up and down 24 stairs (each way). Its not convenient, at all, and I feel the front desk should have brought this to my attention prior to signing on the dotted line.

I just moved out of this facility after a year. I was very pleased with all aspects of service. The location is great - close to where I live but not crowded at all. My movers enjoyed the drive-in truck bay. Id especially like to thank Derrick for going out of his way today to make my move-out experience smooth. I will definitely use this facility in the future.

Wonderful customer service! Very friendly & helpful. Even though I didnt end up doing business with this location, the guy provided great suggestions for alternative options. Their Pickett St staff needs 2 take training tips fr this guy because even though he had a thick accent, he still communicated exceptionally well! Pickett St has HORRIBLE customer service.

I used to rent a storage unit here until I moved to a larger apartment a few years ago and always had good interactions with the staff so I came back for packing supplies last week for an upcoming move. Kay gave me prices on the items that I knew about, had recommendations for things I hadnt thought of and even helped me out to my car with some larger items.
