ATTN: Extra Space Storage® Inc. The most powerful tool we need to progress to a stress-free life is knowledge… And that’s exactly what Mr. Guzman bestowed upon me. I would like to take this moment to send my kindest regards towards your courteous employee; presumably recognized as Michael. He is so deserving of the highest laurels. His customer service is undeniably exquisite. He saved me a bundle, by asking me if I had all the appropriate packing supplies. Certainly I did not. I then purchased additional boxes for; my clothing, and several miscellaneous items. As well as extra tape, bubble wrap, and to top it off with a secured padlock. He also asked me to give him an approximate weight of all of my belongings, I desired to place into storage. Mr. Guzman advised me to rent the 10x10 space. It was a marvelous vivification, for I was able to fit everything comfortably within those well-equipped, & weather-protectant walls. You pointed me to the right necessities I was in need of, for my personal possessions’. Michael, I’m entirely grateful ever so much for your guidance. I truly hope you continue to flourish in every endeavor, life at Extra Space Storage throws your way! Thank You for making a difference, 1 unit at a time. Gratitude to Y.O.U. Best storage facility in the area! * Location, Location, Location - very convenient. Close to Rte 50, right off of Rte 29 and easy access to 495 and 66. Really the ideal location to zip in and zip out. * Secure - other locations I looked at had busted fences and no gates. Everything here has digital access codes and very secure fences and gates. Piece of mind my valuables will stay secure. * Excellent Customer Service - Mike, the manager, has taken great care of me. Be sure to ask for Mike. * Very Knowledgable - I have a conditioned unit with specialized items that have to maintain a certain condition and they were able to break down the climate control, dehumidifiers, etc. Other locations just tell me, yes A/C. Again, awesome job! * Clean - I did a lot of research before choosing Extra Space. Not only was my unit absolutely spotless but so are the hallways. Mike and his team are constantly cleaning to keep the entire facility spotless. Ive never seen anything like it! This is by far the best storage facility in the area and the best value! I was hesitant to write the review because Im looking to pick up another unit in the same facility and want to keep this a hidden gem but I had to as a thank you for such good service. Extra Space Storage at Hollywood Rd in Falls Church is an excellent place to answer your storage needs. Ive used 3 storage companies over the past 3 years... and this is by far the best. I have been using the storage facility for a year. The location is good, very convenient and close to 495 and 66. I did the research on the neighborhood and found this one to be better than the rest. Very secure grounds, good hours of operation and less expensive than comparable facilities in this area. The sign up process was very quick (15 min from start to finish). I loved the electronic sign up...very easy and convenient. The place is clean and well maintained. The hallway is well lit and they have really good hours on weekdays even on the weekends. The best thing about this place is the staff. They are very friendly and very professional. Geoff, Ali and the store manager Mike Guzman are super nice and always helpful if you have any questions or favors to ask. I would definitely recommend this place to others who are looking for a storage unit that is convenient, safe, and clean at a great price !! To the staff - thank you and please keep up the good work!

This is a great facility. Ive used 3-4 storage companies over the past 6 years, and this is by far the best. Have been using them since April 2013. It began with a Google search - the woman who responded via phone to my inquiry was top notch in trying to find the location and space to best suit my needs, and in fact did some follow-up which is extremely rare. The assistant mgr (drawing a blank on his name) was very nice and helpful in helping me to select a unit and complete the paperwork. On subsequent visits, both he and Michael, the mgr, continued to provide great service as I was dealing with a moving truck and the possibility of needing another unit on very short notice. The entire facility is very clean - and attractive. Someone has taken care to plant pretty flowers at the entryway which is a lovely surprise for such a utilitarian facility. I highly recommend this company and location. To the staff - thank you for doing a great job.

Today I vacated my unit and wanted to leave a glowing review for the staff and front-office personnel. Today was a hard day -- moving all of my stuff on my own and the lady at the front desk went above and beyond to help me with the process. At one point, I broke a lamp in my storage unit and she willingly helped me clean up the mess. She made sure to let me know that she wanted to do something kind because she could tell I was having a hard time. She came by my unit throughout the process to check on me and ensure that things were going well. At one point, I fell while loading my vehicle. She immediately made sure I was ok and reminded me to slow down, take a break and to take care of myself. She really was a bright ray of sunshine on a cloudy, miserable day of moving. I also want to say that the other woman, who wasnt there today, is amazing. The two of them together are out of this world!

You can tell how well a company operates by the sincerity and genuine kindness shown by their employees. Ashley and Dilsa, the managers, are just the sweetest young ladies; no sales pitches, no frills, no pressure, no management-forced / over-the-top personas; just two mild mannered ladies who visibly enjoy their jobs and work very well together. Facility is very nice, shady, great location right off Lee highway in Falls Church; and tucked back far enough to have a nice sense of privacy and security. *Also, and of the utmost importance;* the lovely ladies have a golf cart that they drove myself and my business partner around in - to show us the facility and our options. It was all just a formality after that; we both were completely sold on Extra Space Storage Falls Church.
