This is a great facility. I have used this facility twice - once about four or five years ago, and now. Both times, the quality of the service has been excellent. The storage spaces are clean and well secured, but what really makes Extra Space Storage stand out is the quality of customer service. Every employee I have dealt with has been knowledgable, helpful, and friendly. In particular, the store manager Keisha has been wonderful. She can answer any question you have, and does so with a smile. I recently downsized to a smaller storage space, and she worked with me to make sure I got the best deal on the space that most closely fit my needs. Storing stuff isnt really "fun", but the staff at Extra Space Storage ensures that it is a pleasant experience. I highly recommend this facility both for quality and service.

David is the man to go to. Its rare these days to get above and beyond service. Although the location did not have what I needed (outdoor storage), David brought up multiple locations that I could go to and gave me the rate breakdowns on each. Eliminating the legwork for me was a HUGE win! These days Im used to getting brushed off. David was genuine in his approach and very professional. I even had to remind him that being called "sir" makes me feel old, but its refreshing to know some people still have the "once upon a time" taught manners. If you need a storage unit, dont hesitate to see David, I never had to question his integrity. P.s. the place seemed a lot cleaner than the competitors... yes I checked into indoor storage as well as Im cleaning out my house.

Had an interior unit here for 7 years. Emptied and checked out today. Great experience, v low maintenance on my end. I set up autopay with my bank and once or twice I forgot to change the amount when a rate change occurred and they called me to let me know so I could pay the difference. Every time I needed to interact with management, they were courteous, professional and helpful. I rented a climate controlled unit as I stored essentially an entire 1-bedroom apartment in there and there were no issues with that. Everything is still in great shape even after sitting there for so long. Facility is well-maintained and there were always dollies available when needed. Wouldnt hesitate to rent from again. Thank you!

My name is Andrew We have been rented extra space in Fairfax on prosperity ave, more then 4 years, always when we get the new storage is a pleasure to work with extra space , David has been helped me all the time he provide me a really best costumer service and he helped and he really did his best in on of my mistake not to get me overcharged , with the room when I left the room with lock on, witch I all ready taught I dont have no unit after 3 months I was got the bill for overdue payment, always been generously with my workers and I got here again and is a pleasure to work with him and extra space storages always . You guys are the Best Thank you

What a great place! Hats off to the Extra Space storage staff at Prosperity in Fairfax. Lekisha and the team keep things running smoothly and always with a smile. From supplies to clean and ready to go units when you need one, (and downsizing from a big to a much smaller house meant that we REALLY needed one), theyve got things covered to the nines. Now, with the storage unit things having been disbursed throughout the family and the remainder moving off to charity, theyre just as great in the close out phase of the relationship as they were going in. Five Stars!!! *****

Keisha was amazing to work with! She helped me set up my contract for storage even tho my storage site was to be in another state. She took to the time to show me the size of the unit to make sure that it would fit my needs and coordinated the paperwork with the other facility without hesitation. She was very polite, professional and was the model for how customer service show be done. This facility is very clean- I have used ESS on other occasions and have always been 110% satisfied with the service and condition of the facilities.

Extra Space Storage is an organized, clean, and secure facility. The manager, Lakeisha Manigault, and assistant manager, David Davis, were knowledgeable, efficient, professional, and courteous. All details were explained to me in advance, and I was impressed by how efficient the sign-up process was. Access to the storage units is well thought-out, and so is security. This is a reasonably-priced solution at a good location with a great staff.

I just started renting from this Extra Space location and so far I am very satisfied. The office is clean and organized--seems very new. The manager was informative and friendly. She gave me a tour of the facility before I signed up. Very professional. The access is easy and the design user friendly. Whenever Ive gone into the office everyone has been friendly and helpful. The price is great as well--thats what got me there in the first place.

I highly recommend this facility. It is clean, well lit, and the staff is helpful and friendly. They even had a tape measure for me to borrow when I had forgot mine! Sidebar...I used to work in an industry where storage facilities were a big client of ours, so I have seen A LOT of storage facilities, and this one is very, very clean and well run.
