Radhia and Samina were so pleasant and friendly and professional. They are definitely knew her job. Both of Them helped me with everything. Radhia & Samina were very thorough in her job from the initial greeting, inspecting the unit with me, showing me how to put the lock on, and also Radhia told me....No te olvides de apagar la luz de tu unidad cuando cierres. (dont forget turn off the unit light when youre done.) HIHIHI : ) Radhia y Samira son de las personas mas amorosas que Public Storage pueden tener en esa posicion. Very helpful staff, secure location, and units are in good condition. I have stored my things there for over 2 years, and havent had a single problem. I once forgot to put my lock back on my unit door--the Public Storage staff found the issue within hours, secured it with a temporary lock, and called to notify me. The only complaint I would have is that the rates have climbed significantly over the couple of years Ive been there. I just reserved a second 10x10 unit to temporarily store furniture, and the cost is approximately 60% of the existing 10x10 unit Ive had for a couple of years. Their pricing model doesnt promote customer loyalty, unfortunately. Samina helped me reserve and take possession of my second unit today. Very helpful and accommodating--she helped me find a unit close to my original unit so that I can easily transfer things between the two. Overall positive experience at Public Storage on Fullerton Rd.

Ive used this facility for over six years and have generally been very pleased with the service Ive been provided. This past week I came in to set up a transfer to a larger storage unit. Carlos was at the desk and he was very helpful in taking me around to see the larger units; then he identified ways I could reserve a unit so we could accommodate my limited schedule and secure the great rate I was offered! When I came back to do the actual transfer, there were issues with the printer so the customer service rep (I think her name is Semina) personally drove me to the Alban Road PS location and we executed agreements there. Both staff members were extremely helpful and customer service oriented, and this is very important to me!

Great Experience! Carlos was at the desk when I walked in. Very nice, confident, knowledgeable and friendly guy! He took me around to the various size units in the golf cart (nice touch) on the property for me to view and he couldnt have been more helpful. Helped me take a few pics and panoramic shots. Im a very visual learner/person, so he was a tremendous help! He knows his stuff and I would recommend him and this Public Storage facility to anyone who may be enquiring. I didnt end up using this facility because we found one closer to my new home, but I would highly recommend Carlos to anyone enquiring about this facility. Thank you for your time Carlos! This Public Storage Location truly values and exemplifies customer service at its best! My family and I received top service from our initial online booking to meeting the representative in person. We were helped by Carlos and it was actually the previous reviews that made us choose this location. Carlos was very knowledgeable and very informative and helpful from start to finish and even helped me and my family benefit from huge savings with our storage rental. I would recommend this location to anyone and if Carlos is not in a management position he definitely possesses the attributes of one and should be promoted.

The facility manager, Radhia has been excellent. She has responded quickly to all my requests. Radhia took the time to make sure I had the right size storage unit. In fact I currently have 3! One is in the air conditioned/humidity controlled section of Public Storage. I needed some extra space when I relocated from Chicago. Radhia was the most pleasant and easiest manager to deal with after looking at over 10 other facilities in and near the Springfield, VA area. If you are looking for great rates, unbeatable support and clean storage space, call Radhia.

Great service from Carlos when you are getting ready to rent a unit BUT, I had an issue and the "property manager" Rahdia actually yelled over me and cut me off multiple times without listening and then responding. Terrible customer service from the "management" here and since there is another PS less than 1 minute away - STAY AWAY from this location and go to the alban location. Its easy to get good service when you are buying but what matters most is how you are treated AFTER the sale - BUYER BEWARE!

Property #08154 Great and helpful staff! Check-in and check-out were made flawless and easy by a staff that wanted to see their customers comfortable. Ms. Samina, Mr. Willie, and Mr. Gupta were wonderful to work with.very personable and strong communicators. One note about the franchise, not the location, the staff do seem encouraged to upsell by the franchise. Be prepared for the sales pitch toward the end, but the staff were also receptive to "no,/thank you," and remained courteous.

I just opened a storage here. I wasnt very knowledgeable going in.. but I needed it and came in. I was helped by Radhia. She was phenomenal. She was very informed, kind, and had a contagious good nature about her while assisting me. It was speedy, and painless. I was in and out under 20 minutes, and even when unsure she had no qualms in repeating herself. I even lost the card with my information on it! She didnt look annoyed when I asked for a new one. It was awesome customer service.

I needed supplies for packing dishes and crystal glasses and I walked into your location in Springfield on Fullerton Road. I met Carlos and Samina there who were very happy to assist me and help me figure out how many boxes I needed for all my glasses and dishes. I was very happy with the service I received and all the little things they reminded me of that I had forgotten, like tape and foam. Carlos was so sweet that he carried my supplies out to my car. Great staff.

Second time I have used this location. So far my second experience is as good as the first. Lal and Radhia were a big help and wasted no time showing me the storage location and drawing up the paperwork. By the way, the day I went was after a pretty big snow storm in the DC area. This location had shoveled out all the snow so there was no problem getting in to store or retrieve your property. Other locations, not so much. Again, highly recommend.

GO TO U HAUL OR OTHER STORAGE FACILITIES, IF THESE OTHER STORAGE PLACES RAISE YOUR RENT WILL ONLY BE BY 5-10% EVERY 12 MONTHS...ALSO, ACCORDING TO THEIR POLICY YOU ARE NOT ALLOWED TO BE IN THEIR PROPERTY FOR MORE THAN 3 HOURS... SOUNDS RIDICULOUS BUT ITS TRUE...STAY AWAY...
