Public Storage at 16001 Frederick Rd in Rockville Maryland is in walking distance to my residence. Employees at this location are very professionals and honests.They are always ready to help customers. When they make a courtesy call to the customer as a reminder for late payment, they are always polit. No one has ever been rude on the telephone. I walked in this morning to make a payment . There were two customer representatives at the desk. It is a shame I did get their names but I know who they are. After the male agent told me how much I needed to pay,I counted the money and handed to him not knowing that I paid more than I needed. When he realized it, he gave me the extra $100.00 bill back.. I was so happy with his gesture. The two employees then told me that honesty is a key to good business and they are right about that. I really appreciate their business and their honesty.

I have been with Public Storage Frederick Road in Rockville, Maryland since January of 2013. The services rendered, the location & the professionalism of the staff has definitely been pleasing. The manager of this location, Tracy, goes beyond my desires to always make sure I am satisfied. My first impression of her, which was via phone contact back in January, was one that helped me to choose Public Storage for my moving venture. Tracy answered all my questions & made sure I was comfortable with my choice. When meeting her in person, her detailed knowledge as well as her customer services skills were very impressive. Back in July when I had to get a second space, I knew Public Storage would be my choice. Tracy again rendered the same services as before. I am pleased with Public Storage knowing that my needs have been & will be met when need be necessary!

Marlyn was the nicest, most patient and helpful person anyone could ask for. We arrived 5 minutes before closing and she took her time to show us a couple of buildings. Her smile is one you cant forget!! What a great place, so professional and assisted others in the same manner. We will definitely recommend this Public Storage facility to others!! 2nd Review--Marlyn is still the best!! We moved more furniture and had to rent an additional unit. We called Marlyn the week before and when I arrived with my movers, she had our unit number, paperwork ready, and our guys went straight to unloading. I was in and out in 15 minutes or less!! She and Sheldon work great together and compliment each other. Once again, excellent customer service at this Public Storage facility. Thanks Marlyn!!!

My experience has been nothing but positive while Tracy has been the Property Manager. She always welcomes me with a smile and remembers my name and is readily approachable for light, friendly banter. When I was stressing over forgetting the time for a football game, without hesitation, she pulled-up the information on her cell phone, setting my mind at ease to spend another two hours organizing my unit. The staff exhibits a professional, yet friendly and courteous demeanor, and handles my account quickly and efficiently. They are well-trained and answer all of my storage questions. The property is well-maintained, neat and clean. The staff is quick to remove unwanted items left behind by the tenants, while a sufficient number of carts are readily available for moving belongings.

Ive been a customer at this facility for the last 5 years. Overall it has been a very positive experience. It is clean, access is convenient, and it is secure. Tracey, the property manager, is absolutely fabulous. In October of last year the facility experienced an issue with water in the lower level. While it was a frustrating experience (everything I owned was in the unit at the time), Tracey was there making sure everyone was taken care of. Even staying until 10:00 pm doing what she could in a situation that was totally out of her control. She returned every call, kept every commitment she made, and dealt with some very upset customers in a professional manner. Kudos to her and I hope her exemplary service is recognized.

I rented my storage unit here back in December 2008. As I type this review, I am amazed at how fast time flew by. Over the past 7-1/2 years, we have used our space to store extra household items, office supplies, my daughters military gear, christmas items, and so much more. The building was always clean, and the climate controlled building was great since many things we stored could have been damaged from being in storage so long in extreme weather conditions. The staff was always helpful, professional and pleasant. If I ever need storage space again in this area...I will definitely trust my personal belongings to be stored at this Public Storage location! Thank you for everything!

I came in to this public storage randomly searching for boxes at a good price. I was helped by a gentleman by the name of Romelio. He assisted me with everything I needed and helped me decide which boxes were the perfect size for my moving situation. I also began to ask him about storage spaces and he showed me some available spaces and I will be coming back to rent a space due to the wonderful costumer service. Romelio is a wonderful employee !! Hopefully he is there when I come back to rent my unit! I also spoke with Marlyn on the phone 2 days later and she was also a big help! The staff at this public storage was wonderful and I hope to see Romelio the next time i come.

Everything was fine: easy access, friendly service, a clean, dry, storage unit. However the staff did not explain that after the first month you always pay full months. If you move out in the middle of the last month, you still pay for the whole month. I would have appreciated a clear explanation of this. The staff didnt explain this when I initially rented the space, nor when I called to ask about the final bill. Three different staff members implied the opposite, saying "It shouldnt be a problem" to get a refund for the unused days. The site manager never returned the messages I left. This made a smooth, pleasant experience into a frustrating one.

I was hesitant at first, not having experience in storing before, but after doing much research and visits to other facilities, I knew this public s storage (dont recommend the one off goshen), was the temporary home for my valuables which make my home home! I could not have been treated nicer by Maria and then had the pleasure of speaking with TrAcy (mgr) after some remarks I had about the goshen location. They have a smile each time I arrive, and after meeting so many people, remember me as well as my Chihuahua! :-) Kudos to the Rockville location! Loce you guys! Minerva

Excellent customer service!! Tracey is the best!! This is my second time using Public Storage for my storage needs. I booked my unit online and in a matter of minutes received a phone call from the Public Storage staff trying to arrange a time to show me the unit. I came in for my appointment to view the unit and in less than 20 minutes I had my new unit! I will never go with another storage facility after using Public Storage. All of the staff members are very knowledgeable and extremely helpful at this location. Thank you Public Storage!!
