EXPERIENCE IS VERY POOR, MY MONEY WAS STOLEN BY SUSAN H MANAGER, SHE ALLEGEDLY SENT TO UKRAINE, BUT I NEVER GAVE HER AN ADDRESS TO THE UKRAINE, OVER ONE YEAR, TRYING TO GET 500 BACK., SHE SENT THREE CHECKS, 2 OF 3 CAME TO COLORADO SPRINGS, THE OTHER ONE THE MANAGER MAY HAVE ALZEHIMERS, I STATED CANCEL, SHE DOES NOT RESPOND TO EMAIL, OR PHONE. SHE RARELY IS THERE, I KNOW SHE SPENT THE MONEY, CALLED PUBLIC STORAGE IN CALIFORNIA, SHE IS FLAKEY. THANK YOU, HOW MANY EMAIL TO HER UNCOUNTABLE WHERE IS MY MONEY YOU OWE ME, FLAKE, WHEN I LEFT SHE DID NOT HAVE THE MONEY, WHICH IS STRANGE CHECKING BOOK OF PUBLIC STORAGE, SO SHE PROBABLY STOLE THE MONEY, EVEN WHEN I GAVE HER MONEY WHEN I FIRST GOT THERE SHE NEVER CREDITED MY ACCOUNT TWO MONTHS LATTER, SUSAN H. MAY HAVE MONEY HOME PROBLEMS, THAT SHE STEALS THE MONEY. THANK YOU

This is the worst public storage and there is a far more functional one two blocks over on Backlick Rd. When I went to sign for my storage unit the machines were out and I got to go to the Backlick location. The units are very small for the price. I cant believe I am paying over $90/month for a closet.The woman that works there has language barrier. Which is fine, good for you for working, but dont tell me my unit isnt there, when I tell you the number for the keypad is not working. I know where I put my stuff. Please actually sign me up for direct withdrawal as you said you would as soon as your computer comes back up so I dont get a $100 fine.

Living in a condo in northern Virginia means having storage nearby...and for us, this Public Storage location has been great. Initially moved in a small amount when another storage place nearby had multiple problems keeping the unit safe (and that location had continually bad customer service). Since renting at this Public Storage weve had great service and feel much better about the safety of our belongings. Staff super helpful when we eventually needed additional space. All transactions have been pleasant and professional--Keisha, for one, has gone way far in the way of helpfulness.

I am moving and had no idea what I needed she (Teresa)? a small lady with dark curly hair spent a great deal of time with me and I left with just what I needed KUDOS public storage! Visited Jacintha on Thursday to inquire information on storage. Am a college student and will need a space to put my thing in for next month . She ask a few question and took me out to see a space. She is very knowledgeable and does her job well. Every question I ask she answered. I will definitely be renting my unit from her on ravensworth. Perfect example of 5 star service.

Teresa and Jacintha were soo nice for helping me with my massive incoming mails when its not supposed to be their job as a storage unit manager. Ive had proper time to reroute my mails thanks to their support on the matter. The storage is neat and I saw this week, theres pavement reconstruction for a new road to be used. Id recommend this unit to others.

Jacintha works at the desk where you check in... shell help you with all you need, as she did with me. The place is nice, easy access, and outdoor storage is convenient with using a moving truck. I was moving all day long, sweaty, stinky, and gross hah, and in my moments of stressful anguish, Jacintha really helped out.

Who Cares

Stopped in for moving supplies last weekend and Kely was a tremendous help to me. She pointed out many other ways certain supplies could be used for. So she also helped me save a few dollars which was really nice especially when your moving. Thank you Kely!!

Jacintha has excellent customer service. I came in to buy rope to tie some items I had in my truck. Although she didnt have any in stock she was extremely helpful. She even give me directions to the next location that have the item that I need in stock.

Terrible experience. After one year of being a loyal customer and paying already overpriced bills they awarded me with $30 price increase. Rude customer service from headquarter. Facility manager did her best tho. Obviously moved out.
