I regret renting a unit here! its not even been one month since I moved my stuff here and my unit is already being taken over my MICE! You heard it MICE...Mice Droppings all over my unit! this is disgusting I even triple asked the rude African guy at the front office if they had any mice and he assured me they didnt have any....LIES!!!!! I for sure know I didnt pack any mice all my furniture is brand freaking new purchased 3 months ago plus I had no mice where I previously lived so how is this even happening? Im freaking terrified of mice. I had an anxiety attack yesterday when I noticed the mice droppings because 3 years ago I lived in an mice infested apartment and it ruined all my furniture I had to get rid of all of my stuff so I know how devastating it can be to have to lose valuable belongings and now its like Im dealing with the same nightmare! luckily my stuff is wrapped with plastic nut I noticed they started to chew through the plastic black bags and the plastic wrap from the bottom of my sectional! If you value your belongings please do not rent here!!!! I sure wish someone would have been honest enough to write a review of this mice issue on the review before I rented here!

I have every reason to believe that anyone who needs top notch support from this organization will be pleasantly surprised. This was a first for wife and I and it wasnt just storage that we needed help with but also with the move itself. John put me in contact with a very professional moving company and I was able to get professional support from the company he recommended. Also, I noticed that this storage facility is somewhat larger than the others I have looked into and the pricing is very reasonable with regard to what you are getting so this is a good value. Also, the convenience they offer is for real since they have many locations in the metropolitan area. Please be prepared to be pleasantly surprised!

My stuff was fine, nothing was harmed when I went to take everything out because the unit was no longer needed. HOWEVER, the gate doesnt work so all day and all night anyone can come in. Also, it smells like weed inside the building where the units are so it makes me think that people are hiding in the same place Im trusting my stuff to be safe. Theres also almost no one at the office when I want to make a payment or something. Whenever there is someone, though, they were very nice and professional. Which is why Im giving them 3/5. Customer service=5 stars. Cleanliness=5 stars. Security....=1 star

I Went to Public Storage not knowing what to expect. I have to say it it was a very pleasant visit. The manager Sheldon was informative and able to answer any question i had for him. He made looking for storage easy. He also helped me get the right boxes that i needed for my move, and he was even kind enough to carry all my merchandise to my vehicle, i would recommend anyone to go to Public Storage, you will definitely feel like you can always ask any question and not worry about attitude and get the correct answer.

We are very pleased with our storage bin and Ray Joseph, the service technican, is very mannerable and efficient. He has been very courteous and helpful, took us to our bin and checked it for cleaniness. He did a little sweeping just making sure it was to our satisfaction. I canceled my storage unit because I just purchased a bigger home. I was billed out for the entire month of April on April 2nd and I canceled my unit on April 3rd. The lady in the office (Forgot her name) immediately called her area manager to refund me the money without me even asking. If I need another storage, guess where I will be going? Yup, you got it. Thanks for the great service, it means a lot to me. Keep it up!

This is the great place to put your things at for storage. Mr.Kevin Rooths has managed this facility a few of the times Ive used their services, and I must say that he is professional, hospitable and courteous. I had the pleasure of working with Kevin and he was a delight. This facility is always clean and the staff very pleasant to work with. Ill refer others to use them without question.

When we first moved to Maryland there was limited storage units available in the area. All except one was available at the preferred location. When I called I spoke with Kevin, who was most informative, kind, and saved us the last spot until we got there. Once we arrived he helped set us up with everything we needed and it didnt take long at all. Great customer satisfaction guaranteed!

I needed a storage unit on very short notice and was able to find something that fit my size and budget easily. I filled out most of the paperwork online and everything was ready when I got there so I didnt have much more to fill out. The attendant was very friendly and helpful and the unit was just what I was looking for. Overall, its just what I was looking for in a storage unit.

I drive very far from Eastern shore MD to store my things at this storage site. My parents live near here. Very clean and the manager is very helpful and knowledgeable of the storage fees. Staff is very nice and polite. Always punctual staff. Would recommend this site to everyone.
