If I could I would give this establishment zero stars. Our family recently made a cross country move and while we were house searching we had our belongings stored in an interior, climate controlled unit at this facility. Fast forward 3 months, we met our moving company to move out our belongings only to find that water had seeped in through the cement walls and now we had mold growing on much of our furniture, mattresses, tv boxes and moving boxes. This is not a little water, the water had pretty much dissolved the boxes and our once white mattress was now covered in black and green mold. Funny thing is that the day we moved our stuff into the unit, we saw a mattress abandoned in the hallway that was in that condition -- black and moldy all around. We wondered how something like that could ever happen, perhaps it was a wet mattress to begin with that grew mold in humid conditions? We were even bamboozled at the front office to purchase a damp check container that would apparently "absorb" all the humidity in the unit. What a joke that turned out to be. Dont bother paying for the premium insurance, which we have. Only covers up to $5000. I mean, why would anyone pay $200/month to storage anything important or expensive right? And customer service? The woman working at the front desk didnt even bother to walk down to the unit to check out the condition when we discovered the damage. She handed over a pamphlet with a phone number circled and told us to go talk to them about insurance claims. Apparently whole unit water damage and mold growth is nothing to get excited about. Our movers said never have they ever seen anything like that before. They even complained about how their truck smelled of mold after loading our stuff. Again, our unit #3451 was interior (no exterior walls, nor near any doors, completely surrounded by other units) and climate controlled. I have uploaded some pictures of our damages for your viewing pleasure. You can decide for yourself if this is normal wear and tear after 3 months of storage and if you want to risk leaving your valuables under this establishments watch.

Huma was outstanding. She accommodated my needs by booking a storage unit reservation at the very last minute on a Friday, minutes before they closed. She was very helpful in showing me other unit sizes that were available for my needs and was extremely thorough by educating me on the process as well as the supplies I may have needed in order to make my move smooth. When I came back on Saturday morning she was helpful in making suggestions and without my asking changed my unit to one closer to the front gate entrance for my convenience. She even let me know that I can downgrade from a 10x20 to a 10x10 space if I decide the space is too big. Now that we completed the move, this space turned out to be the Perfect size and any smaller would not fit everything. They provide a required additional small insurance coverage cost of around $11.00 per month. You also can buy boxes and if not used, return them within 30-days for a full refund. I would highly recommend this storage unit location since Huma has excellent customer service skills and is good at her job. She is very courteous and friendly. The only thing I dont care for is the google directions that make it hard and confusing to find this place, as they tell you to make a U-turn on Burke Centre Parkway, but dont explain that this place is located in the back of the Kohls store. Thank you Huma for all your help! I look forward to a smooth storage experience!

I spoke to SAMINA at this Public Storage location initially to purchase a month of storage. Her compassion to help others was overwhelmingly evident through the interaction that we had. She was able to answer all questions Ive had, in addition to providing useful advice on how to take the most advantage of the services offered by public storage. She even offered to lubricate the storage garage door upon opening it as it was slightly rough. SAMINA was who I spoke to when I wanted to vacate the space. She was again, so helpful in the process and made the experience pleasant. If youre reading this SAMINA, thank you so much for making my experience with Public Storage absolutely perfect. You have earned your company a returning company for life!!! I, including my friends and family, will be back to purchase more of your companys services for many future years. Thank you!!!!!!!!!!!

I would give them 0 stars if I could. I was offered a storage unit with the first month for $1. After renting the unit I was notified that my unit "did not qualify for the $1 first month promotion" and the general manager named Sal was contacted to correct it (Good luck contacting him). Long story short, I cleared out of the unit after 6 weeks and was billed for 2 MONTHS! I only paid for 1 month thinking they would correct it but they didnt. They sent it to a collections agency! UNBELIEVABLE!

I came in to get a temporary storage space to start staging for an upcoming move. My customer representative, Shairei, did an outstanding job. The process was quick and painless and she had helped to account for all the things I had not previously considered. As this rental was only a temporary necessity, she advised how I could manage my payments without overpaying for time unused. Shairei was, and continues to be, extremely dedicated to Customer Service, and for that I thank you. 5 stars

Went in to buy some supplies for moving and i had the best experience with the staff there. Ms. Nazish and her coworker helped us choose the right items and also suggested us different options to rent a unit. The property well kept and the units looked clean. Will be renting a unit here soon and will definetly recommend to friends and family to check this place out for all your storage needs. 5 stars all the way

We needed a nearby location to store extra stuff. Huma helped us select the right size storage unit and processed all the paper work so we could start using the unit immediately. The monthly rental prices are competitive. We feel secure while in the facility. Even with all the snow weve had lately, we have been able to access our unit without difficulty. The staff has really worked hard.

My family has used this location several times over the years. The staff has always been friendly and helpful. The facilities have always been clean and secure. We have never had a complaint or concern with our many years of storage at this location. One excellent member of the staff is Shairei who has given great advice about storage, packing and moving.

My appointment wasnt supposed to be until 9/8/17 but Samina called me the morning of 9/5/17 and told me I could stop by. I got there and Samina showed me the space and then we went back to do the paperwork. The whole process took less than 20 minutes. Saminas customer service was EXCELLENT!!!!! She is truly an asset to Public Storage!!

I was very happy leaving there and I recommend anyone that needs a storage to definitely go to this storage facility. Excellent!!!
