Just signed a contract with these guys, but wanted to leave a review saying why. Id checked out different self-storage places in the Vienna/Fairfax area, and while all staff was friendly, and the places themselves clean and secure, I found that the amount quoted was high, or -- worse still -- higher when I showed up at the facility to check it out than when Id been quoted a price on the phone. But the guys at StorageMart did not play this game. The price I got was the price Id been quoted on the phone -- and their price was the best I found. The facility is nice, and theres 24-hour access (not the case in some of the other places I visited). Both were very friendly, explained the process well, and obviously knew their business. Ill post later if my long-term experience doesnt match this initial one, but so far, so good.

We have been a client of Storage Mart going on 6 years now. We rent several spaces including a commercial unit. Seth, the manager, and Joe at the front desk, are always checking to be sure the property is secure ( which we absolutely require) and in top shape as far as cleanliness. They really have gone above and beyond to make sure we have no issues or concerns. The management here is unusually competent for this type of business and the property is well managed. We really couldnt be happier with our decision to rent space here and will certainly continue to. Very highly recommend this business.

I rarely leave reviews, but this place deserves one! The facilities are super clean, well lit, easy to access and the management actually cares and is attentive. It may be strange to say this, but I kinda miss visiting the unit as I had my final month last month and no longer require extra storage. If I need storage in the future I will be back for sure. If you are hesitating, I encourage you not to, I think you will be happy for giving them a go.

Great place to stow the extras! The units are clean, easy to access and the area is secure. Seth is great. He is professional, courteous, knowledgeable and very pleasant to deal with. I called a few places to get details before making a choice. Seths phone personality and patience to answer many questions showed me he knew his business and was interested in helping me to find a unit best for me. Thanks Seth.

We recently rented a unit on a rainy, Friday night at almost closing time. Seth was extremely friendly and helpful and we were very pleased with the customer service we received.
