We signed up for an interior unit, only to find out upon arrival that our unit was indeed outdoors and not very well sealed from the elements. Since it was the evening they gave us a "clicker" to get into their gate system and said, "This will grant you 24 hour access". To confirm, we asked, "This "clicker" gives us 24 hour access to our unit. It opens the gate"? Again, they confirmed that this indeed was the case. Upon opening our storage unit, we find a big hole in the back concrete and a giant tub of rat poison (how comforting). We needed the unit so we packed it up. 1 full week later, we arrive at 7:00 pm (apparently their closing time) to put more stuff in our unit, and the owner came barreling down the roadway in his truck to inform us that they were closed and we had to leave. We advised him that we had 24 hour access with our "clicker". We explained to him that we are a military family and we need to put our stuff in storage to which he responded, "Well, thats your concern, not mine". We implored one more time and he said, "Yeah fine, pack your unit". We threw our stuff in the unit in a flurry and drove back up to the gate. We pressed the button on our "clicker" and it wouldnt open the gate. Then the man that we just dealt with came out and stared at us. He told us to use our 24 hour access "clicker". Well, since they deactivated it, we couldnt so they had to go inside and open the gate, but not before coming through the intercom to tell us that the 24 hour access that we were granted was for 1 night only. Seriously?!? Shame on this company for operating in such a poor manner. If we could give less than a one star rating we would! How deplorable to treat anyone in such a manner. Not to mention the bait and switch performed on the units in the beginning. These people are CROOKS!!!

I would not recommend that you store here. This place does NOT have 24 hour access. The access to the units matches their office hours. When I asked about additional access, they said, "We can give you later access for a fee..." They cannot do additional access because there is no lighting in the outside units. At this time, the doors need to be repainted, the bollards are falling over, the place is in bad shape. DONT give them emergency contact information. If you are 3 days late, they will call them even though late fees do not apply until day 5. Unfortunately, they really freaked out my emergency contact person even though THERE WAS NO EMERGENCY! I moved to another unit with longer hours and better condition storage units. I got twice the size for less than they were charging. The unit has lighting and I feel much safer for me and my items being stored. I am so glad I moved! Let me know if you need a referral to a better place - I can get you a deal!

These people are criminals! Storage fee: 19.95 a month. I was three weeks late. Yeah, I was unemployed for a few weeks. I now owe $89 after paying $30. They will not accept partial payments, which I assume allows them to continue to charge outrageous late fees. Because Im unable to pay the late fees they continue to charge me more late fees. Im now "33" days past due even though I paid $30 a week ago. My bill is now $180....How can this place charge $160 in late fees when my rent is only $20 a month? Because they are crooks! Stay away!!

No problem with the truck pick up. When I returned it the next morning, they were closed and he told me to drop the keys in a night depository. Returned it clean, along with all the moving blankets. He charged me $60 because the blankets were not folded to his satisfaction. Since I returned it after hours, I had no way to dispute his claim and he just charged me. Total rip off. Will never rent from this location again. Hes a crook.
