Horrible service at the management side. The security gate has been broken for over 8 weeks at this location and it has yet to be repaired. If management took there job seriously they would hire a security guard to watch the back entrance until the gate is repaired. I would avoid this location, it seems clean but I have seen numerous cars pull in the open side of the facility and what ever security cameras they have will not prevent someone from breaking in and stealing your valuables. My advice , find another option or just leave your valuables outside in the open. Its free and the chances of theft are about as good as leaving the items at this public in-secure storage.

Recently, I rented space at this Public Storage park in Herndon, Virginia, to store some items in between moving from one location to another. Cecilia was most helpful in guiding my choice by asking about my needs (items, size, rental time, etc.) and showing me around the property. One could sense that she really cares about giving the prospective customer the best deal, and explaining how to minimize costs, etc., always with a smile on her face... Moreover, she can do this in both English and Spanish. If the President of the United States or Mexico or Spain need to store their belongings, CECILIA is the go-to person to call first! Thanks a bunch...Cecilia!

I have had a storage unit at this location since 1995 -- 18 years. The customer service has always been outstanding, and the property has always been perfectly maintained. I needed another unit that was climate controlled to replace my old unit. I made a reservation to view the unit, and Aida gave me a tour of the new facility at this location. She was very nice and extremely professional. If you need a storage unit, I highly recommend Public Storage. Ask for Aida or Greg, and they will help you meet any storage goals that you may have.

We met storage manager Ceilia today in herndon storage. We are looking to keep our entire home stuff at storage for short time period and need a bigger space. She spent quite some time with us explaining different spaces in both climate controlled and garage type storage areas. She showed us storage spaces and they look very well maintained. There is a promotion offer and we got first month at very low price. We are quite happy with Cecilia about her customer service. Sreenivas

I wish I could give this (0) Zero stars... Horrible customer service, The management did not make good on their word by not refunding me for renting a UHaul truck but I could not access my storage unit due to the mess they had in front of my unit.. No one offered assistance to help!!!! The worst ever experience trying to move my belongings, yet I paid my rent with their insurance on time every month. They could not show the loyalty that I showed them during my time as a customer.

I was moving from state to state so I was extremely tired and annoyed when I arrived. Not to mention the weather was horrible. When I arrived Angie greeting was warm, friendly and professional. She was having some problem with the system due to the weather but she remained professional and positive. While trying to attend to my needs she repeatedly checked on my well being. I thought that was extremely thoughtful of her. I was very happy to due business with them.

Very pleased with the unit that I received. Cecilia exemplifies the definition of customer service. Although she was by herself and had about 3 other couples/people waiting she managed to show me a unit and get me into the unit in a timely manner. She kept a smile on her face at all times and is truly one of the best people in customer service that I have dealt with in a very long time. I would recommend this facility to anyone so long as they deal with Cecilia!!!!

The signup and move-in process with Haris from Public Storage couldnt have been better. Haris helped me locate a unit that was right for me based upon the size I needed, current move-in deals, and ongoing monthly price. The location also has all the security features I would expect--cameras, gates with unique entry codes, and daily walk-throughs by the Public Storage team. So far, its been a good experience with fair pricing.

I am a new customer for this location. Aida was great in explaining the storage rental and giving a small tour to the unit that I was interested in. Not only that, while moving I lost the keys of the lock of my unit and when i approached Aida with this issue, she was kind enough to help me out to get the new lock and also is now coordinating for with the DM to cut the lock. Excellent customer service by Aida.

I couldnt be happier with my customer service experience here. I was helped by both Angie and Cecilia, and they were definitely the highlight of my day. They were extremely nice, and very thorough in regards to all of the relevant information for my unit. I especially appreciated their patience with me, as I tend to ask numerous questions. Cecilia was always very helpful and know what she is doing .She did her best to find me the best unit. I rented a inside unit to store my car since I have to go out of state to work. I was planning to store for 1 month only and ended being 2 months. I would definitely store my car again at this location very safe and the price is not bad at all. Thank you cecilia for working with me in my storage needs.

I went to the storage facility on 7/2/17 looking for moving supplies. I had no idea what they offered. The person in charge, Mohan, was very friendly and helpful. I was also very surprised by how clean and organized the office was. I ended up buying exactly what I needed for the move. If you are looking for a place to rent spaces or buy supplies, I would highly recommend this location and its staff.

Angie was very nice and funny. She showed me one storage unit but i needed bigger. She got me one that just the right size. She also advised since we are bringing a trailer, to come in and make the first right then go all the way down to last row. Cecilia was also very helpful, since Ill be new to the area. She answered every question that I had about the shopping.This location is great for us.

I had 3 storage units at this site and was very impressed with the units cleanliness. Temperatures are kept at a comfortable level on inside units and are free of dust. Cecilia who manages the facility is a pleasure to deal with and made things easy for us. Always prepared to help. I would highly recommend this storage facility and Cecilia to anyone who considers a storage facility.

It is always nice to receive prompt and knowledgeable assistance from the staff, and both Cecilia and Donette were very helpful in determine my storage needs and then getting me set up in the unit.
