This U-Haul location on Parham Road was incredibly helpful the other night. After originally getting a trailer, we started experiencing car issues approximately ten minutes after we left. We returned to this location and were immediately refunded for the trailer. Palmer Suk was by far the BIGGEST help and made this whole process for us very painless. Not only did he refund us for the trailer, but he also helped us find a truck to use that would be safe and efficient. He stayed with us for a full hour after the store had officially closed in order to help us get what we needed for this move. Palmer and this location were perfect! Palmers willingness to help us even when his shift had ended was a great representation of customer service, and guaranteed that we will use Uhaul for all of our moves in the future. Highly Recommend !

Absolutely not! My Ubox was supposed to deliver to Lombardy St. It was not there. It was in Henrico County.. When I got there it had NO TARP and my LOCK WAS BROKEN OFF. I have been on the phone for an hour, politely speaking to 10 different people trying to figure out what happened. No manager could even help me! I was transferred in and out of customer service, trafficking, and store locations. In the end they left a note and said they would call me on Monday, Ive been trying to resolve this since Friday afternoon. I apologize but I have lost my patience at this point.

This place saved me after the company I originally went with played Seinfeld with my reservation. U-Haul offered me same day friendly service that was conveniently located for pick up and return. Wide range of available vehicles. Easy check-in and drop off process. This location also sells accessories such as boxes that you might need for your move. Prices are a little high, but probably no different than what you would expect from any other business of this nature. Would use them again.

they rip you off for gas money. make sure when you get you rental you tell them what the exact milage and gas level is. When i took the van it was a little less than half a tank and the miles was one more than what they wrote on the contract. i let it go since it was just a mile. So when i returned after driving just 11 miles i filled in 2 gallons of gas which is actually more than what they gave me at. they still charged me more for gas. this place is a rip off. stay away

The U-Haul web site is simple to use, and with good guarantees, its all the better. The staff at this store, especially the general manager, is very friendly and extremely helpful in getting me checked out and back in as quick and painlessly as possible. I highly recommend them!

An amazing, very friendly staff. Clean facility, Clean equipment. The most professional service I have received at a uhaul agency. As an interior designer, I am frequently renting a van to move small items. I highly recommend this location.

Sent me a bill months after using their service for bogus charges. It was a few dollars so I paid it, my time is way too valuable to deal with the hassle of fighting them. Be careful using them.
