STAY AWAY UNLESS YOU WANT TO HAVE CONSTANT UNIT PRICE INCREASES. Bothersome & Extremely Lacking in Customer Service Solutions I am so annoyed with this property. The facility itself is clean and well kept and the property manager Nabila will go above and beyond to get you to sign up. In her part of going above and beyond she specifically told us they raise the unit prices yearly and not before then. Obviously this was a huge incentive and the reason I didnt go with any other storage unit in the area. Well I havent even been a customer for 6 months, I havent received any written notice but they did make sure to email me an invoice with a price increase for $12.00 for the unit. This is ridiculous! $12.00 on a price increase and I havent even been a customer for 6 months... How many more price increases will they fit in within the year????!!!! So after getting this invoice I called Nabila the property manager. She literally said not my problem you contact customer service. goodbye". So I did contact customer service, I was passed along to a supervisor to figure a solution out and instead I get an answering machine. AN ANSWERING MACHINE FOR CUSTOMER SERVICE? So I left a voice mail with my information, account number and still havent heard back from them. Is this how they solve problems? Just ignore the issue and keep charging people and raising their prices? Not acceptable customer service!

I was going to use this place since it has a $1 first month offer. So great, a special deal that is much cheaper than any other place. Turns out that there is a $24 one-time administrative fee. Ok, so my first month is going to total $25, still cheaper than any other place. Note that when you make a reservation the total is stated to be $25 in the confirmation email. However, once I arrived there it turns out the total is actually $61 for the first month. What?! I asked where the extra $36 came from and the manager said it was from the cost of the lock and required insurance. There is literally a big sign that says "$1 First Month" but once you actually get into the details, youll have to toss in an extra $60. Im no lawyer but this seems like a bait-and-switch scheme. If your wondering, almost every other storage facility costs ~$60 per month so just when you think that this place is a bargain, its not. Also, all these 5* reviews, take it with a grain of salt. The manager tells you to submit the review and stands by you while you are "given the option" to review. Nothing stand out to you that makes you want to give a 5*? Dont worry, shell give you a list of "suggestions" of things to write about while also check your phone just to make sure that it is genuine review.

The storage facility is clean and well-kept, but there are some definite shortcomings. The payment is due on the first of the month, I understand that. But if you havent paid by the third you are considered past due and the language they use is very much out of balance...threatening "default" and whatever else. Pay on the first if you dont like these ugly words in your billing statement. Also, there arent enough dollies--only two--so on weekends its difficult to get a little cart to take your boxes to your unit. Better bring along your own dolly so that you dont have to wait. Another pet peeve is that the keypad for entering your gate code is too far from the car, so you have to get out of the car to enter your code. Same for leaving. Why cant they just make the gate go up in order to leave? I find PS useful and clean, but I really dont like to deal with them.

Nabila showed us our storage unit and clearly explained everything. We booked online and saved some money! Since we had to move in during that week to access this savings, Nabila called us to remind us of this and not lose out. Shes very considerate. Moving is very stressful and her thoughtfulness was appreciated. This facility is always clean. They definitely need to purchase more carts though. When we moved in, people were waiting for others to finish using them so they could unload...definitely frustrating & expensive when youre paying helpers by the hour:-( Also, the far door near the exit gate, has a bump that knocks everything off your cart when you hit it. Easy enough to fix with a little concrete/filler!

From the initial phone call to ask questions and reserve my space to my encounter with Nabila at the Chantilly location, the customer service was absolutely exceptional. I spoke with John James in the California headquarters who I WISH could be my new best friend and Nabila was so informative, accomodating and kind. I also received a follow-up call from them asking if I had a smooth transition and if there was anything further they could do for me. For this being my first time needing a storage unit, I am shocked and completely pleased with my experience. I would absolutely recommend this location and storage company.

This is a clean facility that is conveniently located in Chantilly, Virginia. It has plenty of space for vehicles and large trucks for move-in move-outs. I rented a 10x10 unit at an attractive price. Office staffer Stanley, who told me that he was leaving to join the US Air Force academy, was pleasant and walked me to show me my climate-controlled unit, offered to sell necessary supplies, explained the contracts highlights and insurance requirements, and was professional in his demeanor. He was also going around replacing air filters around the facility. This is well maintained facility.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!! Nabila was EXTREMELY RUDE!!!! She tried to make us purchase moving supplies and said it was required to move in the unit, NOT TRUE! She laughed at us when I told her that I wanted them to reimburse us for their mistake. The company gave a spare key that would not fit and would not take responsibility. District manager refused to help and would not reimburse lock smith. Customer service was ABSOLUTELY NO HELP AT ALL!!!!!!!!!! Everyone I talked to pawned me off on someone else. Take my advice, do not do business with these people!!!! You have been warned...

Ms. Nabila has excellent customer service. She is always friendly patient and kind. I never worry about her telling me anything but the truth about the rates and rules. I only took off one star because of the young man who helped me once when we were increasing the size we needed. He gave me a deal but did not tell me it would change in 6 months. The company completely refused to change the rate back and that is disappointing but the place is literally right across the street from my house so they have my business for now. It is very clean and user friendly.

Had a very good customer service experience at this location. Nabila gave a tour and covered all the details I was looking. She was very polite and receiving. In contrast to wapples mill rd location. Property manager at wapples mill rd was very rude, has no sense of customer service. He was repeating same answer for any question and did even try to understand what I was trying to know. I am giving a good review to Nabila vs bad review at Fairfax location(zero stars). Hopefully, management will notice - not everyone can do a good job ( need regular coaching )
