Guaranty Self Storage in Aldie is an excellent facility. Karen, the manager, was delightful to deal with when I went to tour the facility and rent a unit. She was very helpful in answering all my questions. Karen was extremely genuine and professional throughout my visit. The ground level, drive-up access and the cleanliness of the facility are great. Bill, the facility owner, approached me to introduce himself during a recent visit to my unit. He wholeheartedly encouraged me to contact him or management if I need anything in the future. This level of service is above and beyond what I was expecting. Based on my experience, I would definitely recommend this facility to anyone in the general vicinity who is in need of a storage unit.

Our nonprofit organization, It Takes a Village, Baby just rented two units at this fabulous new location. We are so pleased with everything! The location is great as its easy for our Fairfax County and Loudoun County volunteers and families to get to. The facility itself is amazing - very well maintained, very clean, awesome music to pass the time by when storing your items, responsive and helpful staff and also of great importance - competitive pricing! Recently set up a storage unit with Doyles help. It was an extremely easy process with Doyle guiding me on how much space would be necessary for my needs. I highly recommend checking in at Guaranty Self Storage before you go anywhere else. The service is friendly and professional. The facility is clean and well-lit. Guaranty Self Storage is terrific! It is brand new, extremely clean, well lit, very secure, and the manager Jonathan was so helpful. His customer service was exceptional. After a stressful day of moving, renting at Guaranty was the best part of the move. I highly recommend them. No hidden fees to process my credit card like the last place where I rented.
