I came to this storage so I could save money by using their free truck. Moving day came and I went to get the truck but because my mothers name is on my car registration I could not use the truck. I was then instructed by the employee that I could go to Uhaul, rent a truck and they would refund me for having to go elsewhere. She told me if I could get my name switched on the registration then I could use it upon move out. The employee knew up front I would only need the unit for a month between my apartment transition. Well jokes on me! 1. You can only use the truck to MOVE IN, not out. 2. I was supposed to bring my uhaul receipt into the office that day to get the "credit" for my next months rental of the unit. Well I didnt need a second month - which she knew. So I had to rent a truck to move my stuff out as well and wont be getting refunded for my initial truck rental because they only credit your account for the next month.. which I didnt use. The manager then called me and left a voicemail looking for "Megan" well.. my name is Morgan. All she did was apologize and didnt remedy the situation at all. Anyways, save yourself the money and rent the unit from uhaul.. it will be cheaper and easier in the long run. This place has horrible communication and doesnt seem to try to fix any problems besides saying "sorry".

I called ahead to get some information about these storage units, pricing, what size, etc. Sandra was very helpful and answered all of my questions, she was able to determine what size I needed and set up a time for me to come in so I could tour the facility and acquire my unit. This facility is super convenient, brand new, temperature controlled, it is indoor, and there is an alarm on every door and unit! It is also well lit and the grounds are landscaped and well maintained. I was very impressed, and it didnt take me long to snatch up one of these units to house my belongings. I had a storage unit at another facility but they did not have the same amenities as Mini Price, so I removed my items as soon as the month ended, and I am very happy and comfortable with my unit at Mini Price. If you are looking for a clean, well maintained, safe place to store your valuables, this is the best place I have found! The staff is very friendly and I received a free lock for my unit and a free month, which I am enjoying right now! Thanks to the Sandra and the staff at Mini Price Storage for making my experience enjoyable and stress free!! B.M.

Communication was great. I had called customer service to see if they had any units available in the size I need and customer service member called this mini storage to let them know I was looking for one. They was able to see me when I was ready to come in. Even though they did not have the storage unit size I was looking for they let me get the next size up for the same price. The lady who I talked to through customer service helped be through this process and called me back to make sure everything went well with getting my unit and mad sure I did not have any issues. She continued to contact me until she was able to reach me. I appreciate that service. Wont give a 5 star because I did have a issue and renting the truck on the day I had asked to get it because of miscommunication or a typo on the person who took my information in the store that day. Everything else went great, easy to sign up, over all good communication and the service member made sure I got what I needed.

Dont be fooled by THIS new location or place. Staff is terrible, Ryan, Tom FROM CORP. and the young lady who schd us for pick up on an Easter Sunday and was CLOSED, What staff member sets an appointment for a customer on a Sunday that you are officially closed on that year. Instead of doing what ever they can to make things right, all they gave was excuses and never even called us back ONCE, NOT EVEN AN APOLOGY FOR RUINING OUR DAY and not able TO PICK-UP OUR EQUIPMENTS, ON OUR LAST & ONLY DAY to remove this equipment from another location. WHICH not once after telling them our situation, show empathy or concerns. We had to do all the calling, and then to top it off, told us they will mail a check for our deposit, when we paid cash. MY ADVISE TO ANYONE USING THIS LOCATION DONT DONT DONT, WE WILL BE TAKEN THEM TO COURT!!!!!

As a recent college graduate between apartments, I needed a reasonably priced storage unit fast, and I had heard many things from other college students about this place before. The friendly staff helped me through the process of finding the right sized unit and offered me several deals on my rent. The facilities are clean and organized, plus they have dollies, carts and a moving truck for you to use for free! Needless to say, the whole process of obtaining a unit and moving my stuff into it was easy. The facilities are secured very well, which put me at ease of leaving my personal belongings there. Mini Price actually cares about their customers, which is super great for someone who needs a cheap place to drop their stuff. I would definitely check it out!

I just secured an 8 x 10 storage facility for attic and business storage items. I was thrilled with the use of a 14 - foot truck which only cost me $2.50 for mileage!!! I was very pleased with the cleanliness, the climate control factor, security, and the customer service was delightfully outstanding!! I benefited from the first month free and second month at half-price, which will allow me time to rummage through to reduce the items needing storage, to replace with other items and/or to downsize to a smaller unit really easily and affordably!! I also love the service of a business center, which shows "Mini Price Storage" definitely considers their clients needs!! I have tried other facilities, and none can compare!!

Im all for interacting with the customer, but when you have people waiting 45 plus minutes just to talk to the representative (I already had a reservation), your one employee should probably prioritize getting to all of the customers instead of socializing and saying "Ill be right with you to everyone". There were only two people in front of me. This is a storage unit facility - either hire more people for peak days or improve your process. The facility I would give 5 stars. Friendliness of the staff 5 stars. Efficiency - one star. Im looking for efficiency when Im trying to move before its 90 plus degrees outside. But hey, at least I had time to review this and proof read it 10 times.

First payment I made was in cash, the second payment I attempted to make was also cash but the employee told me they do not accept cash that the payment had to debit card or money order. Second I quoted a price of $40 for first month rental and second month free, when I attempted to go to my unit they had locked it and told me I owed full month rental fee which is $91. So although I was told to have a promotion they only honored half. The unit are clean thats the only good thing. No need to get a quote because in the end they will not honor it. I called and the only thing they said was theyll look into it I havent heard from anyone.
