Ive only been with this public storage on midlothian trpk for 6 months and they are now raising my rent by 20%. I always pay my rent 2 weeks early and have had no complaints or issues. Also, it occurs to me that upon signing, they do ask how long you plan to use their storage space, which I informed them at least a year. I wonder what influence that knowledge may have on when and by how much to raise a tenants rent. Apparently they only need give 30 days notice to raise the rent. Im very dissappoined and wish I had done more research and found a place with a stable or some guarantee to a rent lock for a certain amount of time. I chose this storage- which is further from my home, baised on a lower rent. I cant imagine how much more my rent may increase in the future. Considering the cost, work and stress it takes to rent a truck and move to a different storage space, we are not likely financially able to move at this time. I recommend others do research on the best storage space and not just choose the lower rate (like we did) because they can change that low rate on you at anytime.

Tiffany welcomed me back in August, when I first needed a place to store my things. She was extremely kind, we made each other laugh, and the whole experience of renting with Public Storage was a great one. I got the unit that I needed for a decent rental price, and I knew what I would be expected to pay each month, with the e-mail reminders I would receive monthly. When I was ready to remove my belongings and return the unit, Tiffany was right there again to help me close my account, and I didnt get "accidentally" billed for another month, which is something I did encounter with a different company. I appreciate Tiffany, and for Public Storages dedication to providing exceptional quality and reasonable rates for its customers. Should the need arise, I wouldnt hesitate to rent from them, again.

Nobody is EVER in the store! Ive come by at 10am, 1pm, 3pm, 5pm, you name it, on several different days each month to pay for my relatives rent but the door is always locked and the clock is up too sometimes. I go through the gate and nobody is back there whatsoever. Ive left messages to please let me know when someone WILL be in and I get no calls back. Ive talked to people who show up sometimes when I do who tell me theyve had this problem MANY TIMES. The only time the door is ever unlocked is when a young man is there. Horrible service. Do not recommend this location to anyone except those who expect bare minimal service, you wont even get that!

I just made arrangements to store some of my sons stuff for the summer and Tiffany was absolutely a pleasure to work with. I went online and checked out various locations in the Richmond area, and the reviews for this location where very good. I echo those previous reviews and have to tell you it was very easy working with this management team. From the time i booked a unit online, it must have been about no more than 5 minutes before i received my first phone call to coordinate. Very, very user and customer friendly. And the costs were by far the best i could find for what i was looking for. I will definitely use them again.

This is my second time renting from the place. The new manager, Angela is excellent. Very personable and responsive. I just wish the owner (who appears to double as something god a maintenance guy) was around more for lock cutting/light fixture help and the price of a lock (21 bucks) is excessive. I also dont like the fact the facility isnt 24/7 access. Its my property 24/7, I should be able to access it anytime. If not for the great service Angela provides, I probably would have left after the first month. People do business with people they like.

I came into this location on August 26th to get my paperwork done. I was running late b/c I got off at 5:30pm and this facility closed at 6pm, Tiffany was awesome, she stayed and waited for me and took me to see if the storage unit I had booked online was the right size for my needs. She did not rush and she went through the paperwork thoroughly. She has a outstanding personality and her customer service was OVER THE TOP, I would go to her for all my storage needs and concerns

Bonny was absolutely amazing, I came in for something as simple as pricing and she made it a wonderful experience. From the minute I walked in her smile and her friendly way of explaining everything in detail for an older lady like me she had the patience. When I do decide to move I without a doubt will be coming to Bonnys property as I Know my belongings will be safe and secure when she is around. She is a blessing to public storage A++++++

Searching for a place to keep a relatives things wasnt easy when most of us dont live in VA. But showing up there just to look at the place made our decision easier. Despite the fact it was a busy afternoon when we stopped in we still got great service and everything we needed to know was explained in detail. Highly recommended facility and the polite informative staff is just a bonus.

Lynn was great when I showed up to take possession of my unit. She asked a few questions that help me pick a unit larger than I thought I needed. Turns out she was right. She then walked me through several units to make sure I picked one that was acceptable to me. She then quickly and efficiently got me through all of the paperwork. Overall great experience.

Outstanding. Thecustomer service provided by Tiffany is above all expectations. She cheerful and helpful a true pleasure doing business with. The site itself is clean and well maintained. I have used many Public Storage sites in the past and I have to say that this one is well above the others. This is mostly due to the friendly and helpful nature of the staff.

Tiffany was absolutely amazing. I walked in having,no clue how storage works or what to do and just by answering all my questions I had I feel like when I make my move Ill know what to do. The facility was very clean and she was very genuine. When I do move I will be storing with public storage without a doubt in my mind!

Tori was extremely nice to me and my dad and answered all our questions and was so patient and kind even in the pouring rain we made her show us several units. We couldnt rent the unit today but she turned my day around and i will be recommending public storage to everyone i know. Outstanding customer service!!!!!!!!
