Absolutely love Tiffany!! Have been with other storage companies in the past and never had as great of service as I have here. I at one point traveled 30 minutes each way just so that I could store my personal belongings at her location. Tiffany is wonderful and so helpful. She is always willing to accommodate us in our storage needs with helpful suggestions and information. She made a horrible time in my life a little brighter by assisting my family and I with accessing our items when we needed them. Would never store with anyone else but Tiffany & this location. Dont ever let her leave us cause we absolutely love her!!!

Tiffany was not in the office the day that I came in to fill out my paperwork. I do want to mention that every time I spoke to her on the phone she was very pleasant and always accommodating. On the day I went in to do the paperwork and pay my deposit, Adam, who works at another location was working. He was just as pleasant to deal with. I was moving a hour and half away and had already had an extremely long two days. He made me laugh and was very helpful. I look forward to using this storage facility. Kudos to Public Storage for having such wonderful employees working at your facilities and representing your company.

My storage experience at this storage facility has been nothing more than exceptional.Bonny has great people skills.Nurturing a relationship with her customers as you well no is a crucial part of a business. And with that being said I can honestly say that Bonny meets those guide lines. She knows her customers by named. She genuinely talks to them.She makes sure that my concerns are answered in a timely manner,with a friendly and personal response. She provide this company with very excellent service. She always greet me with a smile. That"s what customer like to see and hear when they ask for help. Thank you.

What can I say......reserved a storage unit on-line (simple process)....1st month $1 plus 15% off 2nd month as promised. Took a few minutes to sign paperwork and the whole process was painless !! Tiffani (site manager) was fantastic - she was very knowledgable about all the paperwork, rates, etc and was very professional. She was patient with showing me the available units on two separate occasions (and helped ensure that my storage item would fit). Nothing but a pleasurable experience. Do youself a favor and save some money in the process - check this place out for yourself....you wont be dissapointed.

She has an exceptional personality and really made my storage experience fun. Her customer service skills are on point, very easy to talk to and get answers. I recommend this place but ask for Ms. Latoya thats the only person I recommend so far at this location. Theres another lady there Antione Brown that has poor customer service and just has an attitude over the phone. She was not helpful. Hopefully she will adjust that and have a friendlier customer service skill, was very disappointed the past two times I called.

Toya was absolutely wonderful, answering all my questions and showing me everything Public Storage had to offer. She was very friendly and courteous, and even reminded me to "get something to eat" when I was leaving, as I had mentioned to her while we were walking to my unit that Id been so busy that day Id skipped lunch. Very, very helpful and attentive, I would recommend to anyone needing storage to go see Toya at the Publics 10110 Midlothian Tpke location...she made the process such a breeze!! :)

I arrived later than I told Latoya I would on the phone after securing my unit online the same day, but she was very quick and efficient with everyone there (a busy Satuday). Ive used various public storage units in the past and never been disappointed. I do want to mention that even while busy, she had the best customer service skills, was friendly and personable. While I have no complaints from the other properties, she was by far the best to deal with regarding customer service.

When I went into Public Storage to find out the prices for my mother, I was greeted by a nice lady named Toya who walked me outside and showed me two units so I could see the size, and then showed me how my mother will be able to protect all of her belongings when she gets ready to store them. Just had to say that i received amazing customer service and Toya was such a pleasure to work with! ⛤⛤⛤⛤⛤

This was the first time I ever rented a storage unit, and I was pleased with how simple it was! Bonnie did a wonderful job accommodating us last minute, and answering any questions we had. Aside from her hilarious personality, she really understood what we were looking for, and was able to show us exactly what we needed. Not to mention the first months rent was $1. Whats not to love?!

I just wanted to let everyone know how great tiffany is at the Midlothian location. I have been using public storage for a few years now and I have never had a problem. Tiffany has made it so much easier for me to move my things to a smaller shed. I dont know what I would do without her help. Thanks Tiffany for everything you have done for me and my family! Tiffany did a great job explaining everything and the facility was top notch. Being close to my house is a real convenience as well. While this may not be the least expensive storage facility out there, overall, the safety, convenience, friendly staff, flexibility and personal touches are well worth it to me. You are treated like a valued customer and not a number.

First time need for storage and Lynn was very helpful and assisted with all information I needed to aid in this process. I went to the location across from Fridays on Midlothian Turnpike, not the best location maintenance-wise (place needs a lot of maintenance done which has nothing to do with the employees) but customer service is great.

Bonny was really helpful to me. I came in with a lot of questions that hadnt really been answered for me when going to other storage places, and she was able to help me feel confident in the security of my belongings. If every employee is like her at your company than I am very grateful that I am in good hands!

Lynn was such a good help with my vacate.She was very courteous. Id give her 10 stars if I could for having such great customer relations skills. Lynn also gave great packing tips. I will definitely come back to Public Storage for all of my storage needs. Its a great location and property manager is awesome.

Awsome service. Smiled a lot. Very helpful. Tiff is great. Was thinking about going elsewhere but tiff sold me on this place. As a matyer of fact, when I move to florida I will find another public storage even if its not close to my new residence. I hope the people there will will be as nice as tiff.
