We have kept several vehicles at Devon, and had several storage units through the years. Kitty and her staff have always been helpful and friendly. From the moment we walked through the door they have always been available to assist with anything that arises. We have had to upgrade our space several times, and they made the transitions hassle free. We appreciate the professional service and intend to be here a long time. We also love the secure, well-lit, and clean facility. Great place!!

Awesome experience. Very clean, staff is friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend this facility. We moved from Virginia to Charlotte and I rented this via the internet and was very pleased when we arrived. We rented two big units in their inside storage building and they are great. Easy to get to with our vehicle and its air conditioned!!! : >

Melody and Erica in the front office are fantastic. Their customer service was a huge part of my decision to use this facility for my storage needs. The facility is clean, well-lit and secure. My boyfriend came to the facility with me and is now considering storing here as well for the aforementioned reasons. Highly recommend!

We decided to use Devon because they had climate controlled storage and are close to I77. When we arrived to unload our goods there was a small issue with the lock on our storage. The personnel who work there arrived to help within 45 minutes and stayed to help us unload. Great people!!

They are the best! This is the second time my husband and I have used Devon. The ladies are so friendly and made sure I was all set up from afar so that when we arrived with our u-haul on a Sunday (when their office is closed), we would still be able to get into our unit.
