Beware of shady billing practices!!! We got a storage unit with them towards the end of the month so paid a month and a half up front. Thats all we were told and sent on our merry way. One month and a half + 3 days later, received a collections call from Go Store It saying that our unit had been locked and our payment was past due. We also received a notice in the mail threatening a lien being imposed against our property. It all seemed very aggressive and abrupt. Things I learned at this point that were not mentioned when we opened the storage unit: 1) Billing is due on the first of the month. 2) They DO NOT send or email you a bill, you have to PAY them EXTRA for that service if you would like to actually receive notice of your upcoming payment due. 3) We have a large unit (10x20) and the late fee is an excessive 15% of our rental cost. I fully understand that it is the customers responsibility to stay current with payments but in this situation, it seems like the billing practices and omission of important information during set-up are specifically designed to hurt the customer and increase profits by charging additional fees. Definitely not focused on customer service at all!

I have had a storage unit at this facility since December 2005 and been extremely pleased (with all prior owners) until approximately 2 months ago; when I got a call from the on-site folks saying that they believed water was in my unit! As of today (12/18/2015), I am still waiting to find out if they have fixed the leak in the roof ... the off-site management only likes to tell me I waived insurance ... now sure when it became my responsibility to maintain their physical facility to ensure that the contents of my storage unit would not get damaged due to water coming through the roof! The current owners purchased the property in June of 2015; so be careful! I have even sent them information on a roofing company who was referred to me! Oh, they also refuse to eliminate the late fee for December ... I should promptly pay and they should continue to do nothing!

I rented a 10 x 12 trailer from GoStoreIt a few weeks back and had a great experience. They called me the week of to ensure that what I requested online was still needed, setup a pick up time, and sent an email reminder. I arrived at GoStoreIt at 9am when they opened, and was promptly greeted by the on site manager, Chris and a female. They were very friendly, and made the transaction easy. I was in and out in less than 15 minutes. When I dropped off the trailer, I was in and out in less than 15 minutes again. I was charged correctly and overall was a smooth transaction. Trailer itself was in great condition and had no problems with. Thanks for your great service!

I booked this place through an online service, not through the place itself. I showed up to check in, and at first it seemed like I was gonna have a bad time. My fault totally, like not realizing I needed a lock and they werent provided, or knowing that I needed two months upfront for cash. Well, Kim turned a really stressful time into a very positive and all around awesome experience. I was ready to leave after knowing I didnt have the right amount of money or a lock, but she found ways to get me set up, like using a special they had to get me in the unit and also giving me a spare lock. Went from 2/10 to 10/10 instantly. Also the prices are great.

Hello ~ (April 01 16 )The "10 x10" was NOT a 10 x 10 but a 10 x 10 x 8!!... No one in Store..yet a Sign Stating "We Will Be Back"... with a return Late time on door..Before Closing Time?? ~~~ No Response to Messages??..... May 03 16, Tuesday ~ Payment Due on Sunday May 01 16... closed ... Monday May 02 16... No one in Office. Today is May 03 16... I received a recorded Message... waiting for call back??... So I may Pay..... ??? I am assuming since it is going on 5:30 pm...and "closing time" ~ is 6:00 pm...and again no call back.... yet....I expect to receive a call...I doubt it. Kindest Regards ~ P. The staff here is really helpful. We needed a place to store some furniture over the summer semester, they looked at our stuff and got us the right sized container. They offer climate controlled and regular spaces.

Customer service is excellent and the prices are very competitive! The units are very clean and well lit! Most storage places dont have lights in their units at all.
