Buyer beware! OMG, this is the worst place in the world to deal with. Was there for too many months. Really rude person behind the counter. Ive had bad customer service, but today took the cake! She insisted I go in then would not let me out the front door...I had to walk around the block to get back to the office. Then she had me wait outside in the cold while she walked back to the same locker I just went to, to see if my locker was empty. I called Public Storage "customer service" they said that rude may not be the policy, but it was OK that she made me walk around the building because she was too lazy to open the door and it was consistent with policy for me to be told to stand out in the cold! Wow, a company that treats you like they think you are scum and that you are going to steal from them! Yikes, guess they never deal with quality people. Well, they will never deal with this one again! Oh yea, and the elevator has been out for months...they just dont care!

Inconvenient opening and closing times for the DC area (people in DC go to work early, and come home late). I wanted to move some stuff in and out early on a summer Sunday, but was shocked to find out I had to wait until 9:30am to access my stuff, by 9:30 it is really hot outside and the roads are busy. Customer service is really touchy, sometimes the staff is really helpful and sometimes much less so. Once I was scolded for trying to use a push cart without providing my drivers license as collateral at the front desk. Additionally, 2 out of 3 of the last times I went to Public Storage in SE, the place was unexpectedly closed. I give them mediocre marks for reliability. The location is great, but beware the service is far less than convenient!

Had the best experience. Everyone was very helpful. I brought my kids in with me and was a bit overwhelmed but the staff there were very patient and kind. Its not too often you find People who work like they love their job but the ladies there did. One staff member in particular stood out to me, I believe her name was Natasha. Natasha was kind of enough to explain everything to me and had a bright smile and positive attitude.Thank you to everyone who assisted me and made storing my belongings one less thing to worry about.

I have not been completely thrilled with Public Storage, the hours of availability are somewhat difficult for moving. I have however been ecstatic with the customer service I have gotten at this location. I worked with LaToya and Taryn and they have been absolutely amazing! They have gone above and beyond to make this process as smooth as possible. They even stayed a half an hour late for me one day to assist me. They have mastered the art of customer service!

I thought getting a storage unit was going to be a hassle but thank goodness that wasnt the case! I met with Taryn (property manager) who was extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and gave me tons of options. I had a bad experience with another storage company in the past, but after coming here I have a sense of security knowing my possessions will be safe and free of damage. Once I finalize my moving plans, I will be sure to give them a call back to rent a unit.

We have stored items at this location for 12 years. During this past year the facility has greatly improved. The roof has been repaired, security cameras have been installed, it has been freshly painted, and the reception area has been enlarged and improved. The staff in the reception have been delightful and very helpful to deal with, a great improvement! We definitely would recommend this location to anyone who needs various sizes for a storage unit.

due to unfortunate situations I was in need of storage and when I can to this location the property manager took great care of me. was able to share my situation with her and before I left I felt inspired to get back up and try again. this experience has humbled me and at the same time showed me that there are great people in this world who care. thinking about storing here good move ask for her

Taryn made the experience entertaining and pleasurable. I came in with no expectations seeing as to how this was a storage facility. while I was here I got everything I needed to assist the movers and lighten my load. she is such a nice person and though this is something small I wanted her boss to know she is rightfully a manager I left stress free thank you

The staff at the Public Storage were very accomodating. They helped with the size and price on boxes, plastic for mattresses, etc,. Especially Taryn, who helped us at closing time. Even when we needed a bigger storage space. She really was a big help! I recommend this Public Storage facility for anyone who desire excellent customer service!

I really like public storage on August 14th 2016 they do what they have to do to make sure you get what you want, I dont blame the manager because she was not there but the the person at the front desk that I dealt with was very rude when I was there but overall I was satisfied with a service very satisfied

I walked in today inquiring about a 10 x 10 unit the ladies at the counter V and Mya were so helpful. They made me laugh and helped make this stressful experience a little more pleasurable. I will definitely return later this month to rent my unit. When you go here these ladies are the ones to see.

I received great customer service with Public Storage.Since they did not have my price range, they sent me to a location near my home in Capitol Heights where my moms things are now stored and she is happy.
