I recently had my stuff (literally ALL my stuff) stored for about 2 years after I graduated school. I had never used a storage place before, so I was a bit sketched out by the idea of leaving all my stuff locked up in a different state far away from where I would be working until I moved back to Frederick. Despite my reservations, I went in and moved my stuff into storage. Maybe 11 or 12 months later I decided to consolidate my huge unit into a smaller one, meaning I took all the stuff out and crammed it methodically into a smaller unit. It took about 12 hours in hot sun and then darkness. my pregnant wife assisted me. Believe it or not, at around dinner time the manager, Zac, and his wife came out with home-cooked dinner for two and bottled water. They were genuinely nice people and I drove back to NY well-fed and honestly delighted with how my wife and I were treated. A year after all that I moved to Frederick and didnt need the unit any more, and closing out my account was simple and painless. Im leaving this review because there is a whole wide spectrum of possible customer service experiences any one person can have, and that ranges from the product, the person helping you, and the cost...this particular Public Storage place was the best price I found when I did an Internet search (the main reason I chose this place), and then I had a personable, friendly, sympathetic person provide excellent customer service, and when I looked back at my total cost for about two years of storage and insurance it was well below the cost of time and effort to move all my junk back and forth from NY instead of storing it and living with my bare essentials for a couple years. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!

This was my 1st time using a storage, but this young man named MARC,treated me like I was long term customer. This young mans professionalism was superb. He explained everything in detail in which I had "NO", questions .(believe me that is veryyy unusual). 2nd visit; I approached Mr.Marc about letting me into my storage unit,because he allied me to keep the public storage lock on my unit until I returned with my own(he did not charge me for the lock) .this young man did not ask to ride with me to my unit(which is way in the back of the lot),instead this young man walked about a quarter mile or more to let me in my unit. So I " SALUTE YOU",MR.MARC!!!! I AM PROUD TO SEE A YOUNG MAN ,SUCH AS YOURSELF SHOW MUCH RESPECT FOR HIS JOB!!! KEEP IT UP YOUNG MAN???!!! THX FOR ALL YOUR HELP!! As a business owner, I can fully appreciate the phenomenal level of service that Zack provides me. He shows a genuine concern for all my needs regarding accessibility and security. He has even extended himself to arrange for additional space that was very convenient to my established storage space. With my busy schedule, the last thing I want is to worry about my storage space, and with Zack watching out for me, I dont worry. Twice now, he has kept me up dated with my account status so that I do not suffer late fees. Zacks sincerity and professionalism is THE example of outstanding customer service.

I had a great experience with Public Storage. Zach was the awesome man on the job the day I got my storage unit. He helped me to figure out the appropriate storage size that I need and supplied me with all the needed information regarding how I could pay to maintain my storage, and what steps I needed to take to downsize or up-size my unit. I booked my storage unit online and within minutes Zach had called to touch base with me. He gave me a tour of the property and explained all of the charges that I would expect to have. Public Storage is more affordable than the space I had at Uhaul.

I needed a storage unit in a hurry to temporarily store some items until I had more time to organize. Zach was very helpful in trying to determine the size unit I would need to accomodate. I reserved the unit online and within minutes received a call to schedule a time to come in and complete the paperwork. When I arrived, we reviewed the facility, looked at the storage unit, and within minutes everything was complete. Clean facility, helpful staff, moving supplies available in office if you need them.

Zach is the example of how to take care of business well. Not only hes a great sales rep, hes great manager. He took care of my storage needs within minutes, showing professionalism and offered an extension of help. The location was extremely welcoming and clean. His office is immaculate and he took care of other (not so pleasant) clients with outstanding mannerism like a true business man. Went in just to get quotes and see spaces. Marc was extremely knowledgeable and very friendly. He really answered all of my questions, he was very patient, offered honest advice and opinions. He made it feel like I was his priority the whole time even though I was just looking. The units I saw were clean. My entire experience was remarkably smooth and extremely satisfying, big thanks to Marc. When I am ready to commit I will be coming back to see him.

My experience here has been excellent. Zach (i think hes the manager) was very courteous and professional. Any time I needed help accessing my rental, or processing a payment, he was there for me right quick. He even gave me a hand moving in! Now that Im in a bigger place, I no longer need the rental space, but I definitely recommend it to anyone looking for great customer service.

We use this space for our Local Business. I have really enjoyed the space and staff at this Public Storage Location. Everyone has always been very helpful. The only negative we have encountered is that the monthly rate goes up every year. We have had our unit since mid 2011 and with the rate increases we now pay $54 more a month than we did during our first month.

We rented a unit here 3 years ago. The price has increased at least once a year or more. We thought the facility was alright until we went to the Uhaul storage center next door. Incredible difference! We are emptying our unit at Public Storage asap. If it werent for the people who work here I wouldnt have given 1 star, but they have been very nice and helpful.

Zack was very kind and helpful. It was very convenient to get to the units (Im disabled), its hard for me to get around. I loved when I got the 2nd unit and it was drive up! My daughters, son-n-law, niece, nephew and friends all helped to get me packed up and stuff to storage. I hope to be out this month and I know he will help if I need assistance or questions.

I reserved my storage unit last night 2/10/14 at about 10pm. I got a call from Zack first thing Tuesday morning 2/11/14 to confirm my reservation and set an appt to come in to see the unit. He was very helpful and knowledgeable about everything. He showed me the space and then I signed all the necessary paperwork. I was in and out in no time!
