If you are lucky to have David in front desk, he will make your day. This is the first storage I ever used and David made it so simple that I expectation on any storage rental has been significantly high. He guided me on different options that would be most appropriate for me, without any sales pitch or any wrong means earning more. My move was stressful and in a very short notice when I realize I have to rent a storage to temporarily store my 2 bed room household, I was worried as I had no idea about cost, logistics or process. I feel fortunate as I got David in front desk and he made it so easy that I felt I should keep a storage for long term :) He is kind, nice and a good adviser. Coming to the storage, its brand new. Well maintained, clean, well lit and secured. You will have free trolleys to help you in storing / moving. The storage is accessible from morning 6 AM to 10 PM which is good for even off office hours move. The on-premise little store is good enough for moving needs. Storage price is reasonable and at per with near by other storage. They give free truck (15) rental as well if you book in advance. You need to pay only the insurance and return with full tank. No mileage charge up to 25 miles. This was offer to me. I guess these can change as well. I hope I will not need storage again soon, but if I do, I will straight away rent life storage without a second thought for sure ! Thank you David for all your help and support.

Clean, climate controlled facility. There are units of all sizes on the main and upper floors with a spacious elevator and several rolling carts available to help you move those bulky items to the upper area. Pricing is very good, especially considering the area. Weve found all staff members to be friendly, professional, and efficient. The manager, James, is a gem!

Well run, located, and clean place for storing your extras and forgetting about them for a while. Very affordable too. Management is kind and well informed; paperwork takes about 15 minutes and access to units is relatively easy. Only possible criticism is that elevators are a little slow and unresponsive, but otherwise large and adequate for moving a lot at once.

Great facility fun by courteous and friendly staff. Reasonable prices and some rentals include the use of a moving truck (limited, but be sure to ask)! Flexible access times with fully covered access for your vehicle. Cant beat it!

Suspicious Minds

Management is not responsive. Sometimes it is humid inside the storage facility. That could cause a mold issue with items being stored. The basement smells musty because there was an error during construction of the building.

Only spent a few minutes inside while picking up a Craigslist item. I can say the building was very clean, inside and out. If I had a need for self storage I would certainly consider this establishment.
