My husband and I needed a large storage unit after moving from a larger home to a much smaller one. From the very beginning, Tim, the manager at this facility, treated us with professionalism, kindness and a vast knowledge of our particular storage needs. He runs a very clean facility as well. In the 3 1/2 years we were there, not once did we see a single bug, trash, etc. When we ran into financial difficulties, or our payment method on file expired, Tim immediately followed thru with professionalism, courtesy, and a willingness to help us resolve the situation. I could not be more thrilled with the service we received as both new and long term customers. I would highly recommend this facility to anyone in the area looking for storage needs. You wont find better

Our nonprofit organization, It Takes a Village, Baby has three units at this location. We are so pleased with everything! The location is great and easy to get to as its right off the Toll Road and 7. Its easy for our Fairfax County and Loudoun County volunteers and families to get to. The facility itself is amazing - very well maintained, very clean, and competitive pricing! Tim has been a great asset for us and is always very helpful whenever we need anything. Thank you Guaranty Self Storage of Leesburg for supporting our organization and housing goods for mothers and babies throughout Loudoun and Fairfax counties!
