I have rented a storage space for many years and recently cleaned out the remaining files as the contents therein had "aged up" sufficiently so that I could legally destroy them. I retired from the practice of law in 2006 . I must say that throughout that time I was always greeted in a courteous and professional manner. My communications have always been top notch. I also think it is terrific that the remodeling has produced a bright and welcoming atmosphere. The staff was very helpful and friendly. My only concern was the elevator which can only be utilized by the staff.at certain hours and for most who move on weekend you only has to 3 to move heavy items to access elevator.after 3 you has to carry your items up flights of stairs or down.or wait till Monday like I did to use elevator.but overall the place is nice easy location and the staff is nice.

Jay is very difficult to deal with and unreasonable too. They make you arrange for an appointment, then make you wait around for an open loading dock, and then you have to wait again for their people to operate the freight elevators. To top it all off, they then turned around and charged me $50 for getting everything out of there two days late!

I have had no problems & dont fore see any. I have nothing but positive experience with Rochester Self Storage, they have staff that are very helpful & friendly. The whole building & units are always clean. I love the access to my unit after hours with the new keypad lock system!!!! Great place!

Ed was great! Was very helpful. Storage facilities was extremely clean. Large flatbeds to move stuff in. The only downfall I found was the website. Wasnt current, would not let me book. When I called they helped me out and all was good. I will only call from now on.

Excellent prices, clean facilities, attentive and helpful staff. Make sure you ask about student specials. Loading/ unloading bays with dollies to move your items into your storage unit. Moving supplies for sale at reasonable prices. Highly recommended!

My experience was awesome the Manager Ed and Larry has great customer service. They know you on a first name basis and always make you feel welcome and appreciated. I will do business with them agin and they are highly recommended.
