I initially went to central storage because of their very fair pricing, As I entered the facility I found it to be very clean and orderly, I was relieved. The staff was excellent, Jimmy helped me thru the intake process and made it painless, Sean the elevator operator and unit coordinator has an uncanny way of being where he is needed, he was a pleasure. At the end of our stay we met Michael, the building manager, the operation reflected his personality,( meticulous ) and his status did not stop him from pitching in to help us load up. these guys enjoy what they are doing and it shows, I would not go elsewhere if the need arises.

WARNING!!! Old, run down, not safe. Horrible owner. Absolutely the worst storage unit rented. Ive been renting multiple storage units over the years and never have been in such a grimey place. Elevator is a death trap. Not worth even half of the amount they charge. Was not previously told there was a minimum of 3 months to rent and only cash was accepted. Deceptive and a real snake taking advantage of people.

First we went to High Falls Storage and the place was disgusting! There were mouse traps all over the place, dead roaches on the floors, dusty, dark and smelled like a nasty locker room/urine combination. The guy running the place looks like some kinda freak with thick glasses who smelled just as bad, Frank or Fred, we made the wise decision and moved to Central Storage!

We live in California and our daughter is a student in Rochester. We needed summer storage for her "stuff" and Central Storage was recommended to me. I called Michael at Central Storage and he arranged everything in just minutes. He was very helpful and I feel very relieved!
