This storage facility is mediocre at best. Wrecked cars and motorcycles welcome you soon after you pull through the gate. The 5x10 unit I rent is always full of spiders and mouse droppings, despite outdoor rodent traps right outside of the unit. I would think twice about storing any boxes of valuable belongings, clothes, papers, etc...you might find a few "surprises" inside. The monthly fee is on the expensive side, especially for what you get. In short, if you are in dire need of storage this place will do. If you have time to shop around, I would definitely recommend it!

I have had a unit at the Leesburg location for years. I have been happy with this location enough that we now have a second unit. The staff that I have dealt with, Joannie and Sheila are both very helpful. When I cant remember codes, forget my keys in my lock and call them, I have found them both very pleasant and helpful. I have no problems with either of my units.

Seemed fine to me... no mouse damage or signs of mice after using their unit.. we used it for about 3 months in between houses.. there was a dead mouse when we arrived but it looked like it had been squished under the door.. otherwise it was perfectly clean and acceptable .. and the price was great. I would use them again...

They have had all my stuff stored in a big storage area since I sold my home in June. Friendly staff but I wish theyd repair the broken door on my storage area. They keep saying that they will but they have yet to do so. Otherwise I would rate them higher.

Liz was top notch and a ray of sunshine during a very stressful moving situation. Always a consummate professional, polite, helpful, and truly went out of her way for my family and I. I cannot recommend Fort Knox highly enough with Liz at the helm!
