They understand customer service! Ashleigh called me the day I made the reservation to confirm my requirements and to ask if I had additional questions. Once onsite at their location, Ashleigh patiently answered all of my security related questions about the facility, conducted a walk-through with me of the storage unit, demonstrated operation of the entrance/departure gate, and talked to me about moving supplies. Paperwork was facilitated with Docusign, and my contract was automatically sent to me via email. Even now that our transaction is complete, every time I visit my storage unit and Ashleigh is in the office, she smiles and waves. Did I already say they understand customer service?!

I had a great experience reserving my unit online. It was simple and easy to navigate. In addition, I was able to complete a lot of the initial paperwork so it shortened my processing time when I got to the facility. Ashleigh of the Stafford, VA location was courteous and professional! She took the time to provide all information with clear and concise descriptions making the whole experience very pleasurable. My unit was easy to access and clean. The grounds are well kept and lighted.

Assistant manager Jaime is the nicest and most professional person Ive encountered in a long time. She is always on top of things, quick to greet you with a smile and hello, and every time I head up there she is working hard. She is always walking the facility, or cleaning, or serving the customers. She honestly makes me feel at home when I get there. Shes smart, professional, personable, and hard working. I would recommend this facility to anyone because of her.
