STOP YOUR SEARCH! This is it! I have used storage units extensively all my life and know the ins/outs of this business. In fact - I almost contemplated establishing such a business myself. This facility is new and has state-of-the-art technology not to mention superb security and landscaping. Heck, the lawns at Tru-Blue are better than at my home! And the place is Clean with a capital "C." But the most important - the key ingredient - is the owner. William "Big Bill!" with a beaming smile, and gregarious no-nonsense nature about himself. Kind of reminds you of John Wayne. Big Bill ALWAYS seems to be there and ready to help at a moments notice. Folks who are hot and tired after a move, can help themselves to free ice-cold water and pop in the office. He also has a bowl of candy - but unfortunately it has my name on it now and I Iook for every excuse to go there! Seriously folks - Im impressed with this storage facility and the superb management. Even if you live closer to another storage unit - you owe it to yourself to check out Tru-Blue and will walk away impressed as I was. Remember - the candy is off limits....

In every way, Tru Blu exceeded my expectations. Bill, the owner, is a volunteer fireman who supervised the building of the storage unit complex. He is on premises frequently and helped with the arrangement of my storage items. I moved my furniture, antiques, blankets and collectables in on June 22nd. Throughout the hottest summer in my memory, when the temperature soared into the 90s, my unit was immaculately clean, free of insects and critters. Now that snow has fallen in Rochester and the temperatures have descended to the 20s and 30s, no critters have crawled in to stay warm and my unit is free of moisture.

Agree with the superlative reviews. Try Blu is conveniently located for the Pittsford-Brighton-Henrietta area, and close to the 390 & 590 expressways. It is new, immaculately clean, efficient and well-organized. Security appears well thought-out and entirely adequate, but access is quick and easy. Bill, the owner and proprietor, is very friendly and accommodating. Highly recommend.

This place and its owner are amazing. I use storage facilities all over the northeast and this is by far the best yet. Owner went above and beyond to meet me well after hours to show me and book two units for my business use. Everything about this place is awesome. The units are well kept and the facilities are very secure. There are a variety of sizes and the rates are very reasonable. The owner Bill is extremely nice and very helpful. I have rented here twice and could not recommend this place more!
