I have a storage Unit at Affordable Storage in Fredericksburg and my storage unit recieved water damage and the managers did not care. Also there outside units are on a flat land so any rain water that rises will get into your storage unit. I moved my items to this public storage unit and there is a slop in the land so the water drains away from your unit. Also some units have doors on each side of the unit which makes easy access to your things But the best thing of all was the managment staff who was so nice and very considerate and understanding. I really appreciate them!

Public Storage recently purchased this facility from the previous owners and I was concerned the transition would be difficult, expensive and confusing. It was none of these. I fact, the price was much cheaper than my previous rent and Kiley, who was my sales person made my unusual demands seem downright simple and easy. Everyone I spoke with was friendly and informative. I have had a storage unit for 12 of the last 18 years and this was by far the best interaction I have had.

I have been with PS for some time now from West to East Coast and this was my first time visiting this facility. Let me say this Ms. Kaila went above and beyond to assist me to the best of her ability. She was very kind and professional ... If you want to be more than just a Unit or Account then go this location and be treated like a true customer and person. Thank you Kaila - You are awesome and I so appreciate you! as well as PS. :-)

Unit itself is nice, but they raised our rent by $20/mo twice with no notice. Paid our previous rate on time then contacted them to figure out the rate change. Not only were they completely unhelpful, but informed us the rate would be going up an additional $35/mo, locked us out until we paid the extra $20, and slapped us with a $25 late fee for that unpaid balance. Terrible business practice. Getting out of here immediately.

Moved into a storage space today in Fredericksburg, Va.. and the Public Storage facility is well kept and very clean. I feel very safe and secure keeping my belongings there. Ever was extremely helpful! The best customer service! He was so informative and gave so many tips on how to care for your things while in storage. Thank you so much Ever! You truly are an asset to your company!

I seriously needed a storage unit as soon as possible and this place is so great! The staff was super nice and fast and I was able to store my stuff in same day. They really work with you in finding whats best rather than pushing sales and I liked that! Shuntell and Ever were the staff that assisted me and I totally recommend this place to do business with!

Safe, secure, lots of cameras, clean and well maintained ~ the only thing better than the facility is the service ~ long time employees (which says a lot about the company) who both care about customers and are fun to meet. Public Storage also has great videos on-line that are informative (packing tips, etc.) with an amusing slant are worth watching.

This is my second time renting from public storage on Business drive in Fredericksburg. I was quite pleased with Evers help with my first experience. I shopped around and found Evers knowledge and professionalism was why I returned to his location . I am quite pleased with his advice and dedication to public storage . Theyve been tremendously helpful to me thus far. The storage units are clean and exactly as advertised. I highly recommend this storage facility.

As long as Im in the area and in need of a storage unit I will always continue to use this Public Storage location! I always enjoy my visits with manager Shauntell any time I have to go in for something. Shes incredibly warm and bubbly which makes going in totally delightful. If theres a higher position available, she deserves it!
