I did quite a bit of work beforehand mostly because Im very particular about how my things are organized. They were running very late (3hrs), but once they showed up everything went very smoothly. They brought four guys for my one bedroom and they were in and out in an hour and the owner, Israel, came to make sure everything was set. My biggest problem was on the customer service end with everything leading up to the move. My rep seemed easily confused and not very knowledgeable about fees and payment processes. Everytime I called something changed - or the power was out, or the phones were down, or there was only one person in the office. Just a general sense of unhelpfulness. Customer service is supposed to know what questions to ask and be proactive to make a stressful project like moving a bit less stressful - not the case in my situation. This actually is a pretty good moving company. I was skeptical at first because of the range of mixed reviews I found all over the internet but fortunately for me, My experience with them was a good one. I moved out of MD to MO just last month and from the first call the sales office made to me up to the day my stuff arrived at my new home, best price was there to answer any last minute questions regarding the move and the driver who was bringing my stuff called about 2 hours before to let me know they were on their way. Also, If you go with Abs Moving, I recommend talking to Sam because he seems to really know his stuff, although I did talk to Joe when Sam wasn’t in and he was also very helpful. Great experience overall.

The crew was fantastic. On a long distance move of a 4 bedroom home everything went well. No unexpected charges,nothing broken, just an all around smooth moving job. They were experienced workers, knew what they were doing, and it showed. Thank you for an excellent job, and i will easily refer you to anyone looking for a truly professional moving company

stay away from this company. they refuse to pay for damaged property that they admitted was their fault. they almost sounded pleased about their refusal to pay.
