I went to store at the crater rd location because I saw good reviews. When I got there they didnt have the best priced units so I was told this location could serve me better. When I got to this location I received nothing but attitude from the young lady who says she is the property manager. All I did was ask questions and she made me feel like I was bothering her. She spoke very poorly of her co-workers when I mentioned crater road and also told me I shouldnt store there due to water damage problems anyway. I stayed polite and nice and then she had the nerve to ask me to do a review on here. Very big difference going from crater road to this location. I was even told she wasnt going to "waste mine or her time" showing me a unit if I wasnt going to get it that day. Needless to say I was going to go to the official public storage website to make a formal complaint but saw I dodged a bullet storing here after seeing all the terrible reviews on there.

My wife and I were in here not too long ago. My wife has stored at this location before and had a pleasant experience but walking in this past time was a joke. The property manager Krystal was a completely different person than when we last stored. She was very rude and had an attitude and when I asked for her higher ups number she refused and told me to call customer service. Every time my wife tried to talk Krystal interrupted her and didnt seem to want to rent us a space at all. Needless to say we left very unsatisfied and told her we would just store at the crater road location, to which she replied "good luck with the water damages". Public Storage will never receive our service again.

I was a Public Storage customer for many years. You can imagine that I have seen many people come and go in the office and I want to tell you about a lady that you have there now. Her name is Kathy and out of all the others I have dealt with, she is the best. Kathy always went above and beyond the call of duty to be of service to me and the other customers I came in contact with while on the property. She was there and available whenever I needed. She treated me with utmost respect and courtesy but always made me feel at home. Kathy is the best representative of the quality that Public Storage offers.

I have been a customer here at Public Storage for at least the last 10 years. Kathy has always been wonderful to work with. A while back, we were comparing pricing at other storage facilities and Kathy worked with us to actually lower our rates and keep us as a satisfied and long term customer. She works hard to keep us in a unit that works for us and has always resolved any issue that comes up. I would highly recommend working with Kathy and the Public Storage facility on Puddledock Road.

Crystal has always been the best rental manager since I have been dealing with public storage so its only right to give a five star rating I just absolutely love her shes very professional down to earth and she cares about her customers as a matter of fact Tanya that worked her location when I came in is the exact same way and was very helpful to me also they both deserve 5 stars for making my storage experience the best!!!!!!!

My experience with Lynn was amazing. She was very attentive in making sure that we got exactly what type of unit we needed. I will have to say that she is an asset to your company. She has a wonderful attitude to work in customer service. She answered all questions that I needed to know. She made me feel as if my presence was wanted and that this was just not a job to her. So I would say my experience was amazing!!!

ive been renting a storge unit from these people for almost a year..great place todo buisness with..used other storage units in my life but none compare to these people here there employess are very polite an friendly gives u a down to earth experiance..an krystal that wrks there shes awesome allways calls me an reminds when my payment is due for i am very forgetfull an wrk alot off hours thanks krystal

Ive used public storage many times before with no issues. I currently am using the facilities on Puddledock, and the manager Krystal is a bit of sunshine any time I have a question or concern. She is professional, very down to earth and makes me feel.comfortable dealing with.this company. Shes takes pride in her job and.seems.to love doing.it. Great storage facility! Well managed place with no riff-raff coming around... love the locked gates and hard working onsite staff. Kathy is super nice and on top of things! Highly recommend this Prince George location and its well maintained property which is close to Fort Lee, Hopewell, Petersburg, and Colonial Heights.

I came in on Wednesday Oct.7 at 3 pm. I spoke with Meka and she showed me a unit. She was very easy to talk to and was pleasant. She gave me all of the information I required and I WILL be renting said unit on Thursday. She was extremely helpful and I will tell everyone I know to come here.GREAT EXPERIENCE!

When calling to speak with an CSR they do not have any patience on the phone. I called to find out pricing as we will be more ING from Florida and the rep Michelle basically hung the phone up before I could even finish speaking to her asking my questions. This lets me know to takeyou business elsewhere.
