I went into Meineke 3 days ago. My experience was FANTASTIC!!! 5 stars!!! The staff was very friendly. Greeted me with the greeting of the day as soon as I walked in. I was the first customer there. They immediately took my car in, showed me what was wrong, gave me a fair deal and then when I was finally charged, it was cheaper than what they estimated. They even found another problem and fixed that for me right away. They were recommended to me by a car dealership that had looked over my car and I must admit I was skeptical because of the reviews that I read here. My personal experience was nothing like the bad reviews I read here. Most telling was I thought I was gonna be there a couple of hours so I prepared for a long day. However, they were finished with my vehicle in less than an hour. In me they have a customer for life and will recommend them to all that I know!!! Thank you guys for taking care of me. My car rides like its brand new again and its 19 years old. I SALUTE THE ENTIRE STAFF!!!

Went there once to get my tail lights replaced, the old man did a shoddy job and did not tighten the light properly. I should have realized by then but I decided to give it another chance since its closest to my place. Went there again and was disappointed with their service. Car was misdiagnosed and started having trouble immediately after leaving meineke. Just my few cents, avoid this place and go to century auto or somewhere else since they atleast know their job. very poor experience, never going there again

So I went in about 6 months ago because my brakes were making a grinding noise. They checked out and told me the brakes were bad and that they were going to service them. They totally overcharged me for what they did. All the did was replace some pads and clean a disc when what I really needed was whole new pads and other parts. Dropped 600 for a job that should only cost 220. I will never go to this Meineke or any Meineke repair center again.

Great place! I recommend this Shop to all! Everyone there was very friendly and helpful. They serviced my car timely and charged me a great price. Dan and Jesse, the mechanics, did great work and got the job done. They are a smaller shop so they really took the time to focus and pay extra attention to my vehicle.

Zero stars! The two guys who own and operate this place are 80 years old a piece. They should have their own TV show called Grumpy Old Con Men. They ruined my chrome muffler by welding it on crooked . Then tried to charge me $10 more then what we agreed upon. Avoid this place like the plague!

Went in after being overcharged by Toyota . Toyota charged me $1300 for the left caliper, front rotors and front brake pads. I called meineke to get a quote from them which came to $450. I went in and they took care of my car . They saved me. I would def go back to them again.

Overpriced parts, overpriced labor. Cracked a rear drum after cutting it. Charged me $120, then I had to go somewhere else to get what they did fixed for another $100. Called and said it wasnt under warranty because it wasnt their drum. Will never go back!

They was supposed to give me a oil change and filter. They did not,leaving my car to smoke. They are liars, go to the dealership or trusted mechanics. When u hear them over explaining, (read between the lines). Plain and simple. Body language tells it all.

i politely called and asked for a price quote and availability, I then told the gentleman i spoke with I was going to call around and check other prices and he just said "sure, goodbye" hung up on me mid-sentence. dont want to work with rude people.

i called for a veterans oil change and the man on the phone was very mean he did not want to do it for me he hung up the phone on me dont go here they do not like old people or old vets go to other meinekes
