We moved here from Arizona and Ed Musgrove advised us our truck required over $2400.00 in repairs to pass MD state inspection. We had the truck repaired prior to shipping it out here from AZ by an ASE mechanic. However, as we needed the truck to get back and forth to work we paid his price. The truck took him 3 weeks to repair and once he "lost" the truck. I believe one of his workers took it home??? Well after paying the monies the truck had additional problems and we ended up getting an appointment with the MD inspector for that area of town. There were repairs that were charged for that were never done and some of the repairs that were done caused the truck to be mmore of a hazard on the road than prior to it being repaired. We are currently seeking reimbursement from the legal system. DO NOT trust these guys. Ed may seem very kind but in the end you will keep paying for repairs that may have been caused by his shop.

I have been going to this shop for over four years now and the quality of service has always been great! Eddie, Debo and the rest of the team are very, very good mechanics. They are honest and always does a great job. I use to take our cars to the dealer but no more. I get better service and a much better price in a very friendly atmosphere. Germantown Tire and Auto have a team of professionals who will always provide you with quality service and will not waste your time nor your money. We moved further out a year ago and I still come to Germantown Tire and Auto even though there are other shops in my area. They are mechanics you can trust. The best I have had in this Metro Area. Id been here once before a loooong time ago and remembered having a good experience. I needed to go again today (9/28/15), to get a tire patched and they were just as awesome as Id remembered. I feel like a lot of other places might just tell me that I need a whole new tire so they could make a bigger sale. Germantown Tire was honest with me and confirmed that I did in fact just need a patch. The price was unbelievably low, too! I went during my lunch break and was in and out in less than an hour. 5/5 stars! Thank you :)

I called in around 5pm with a leak in one of my tires. The guy told me about the problem and told me if I could get there in twenty minutes, they would have me in and out. After I arrived, they found the problem, fixed it, and I was on the road in less than twenty minutes at a cost of $20(there was a nail embedded in my tire). I highly recommend this place.

I went to get tires here, and I told them the wrong size. They tried to put them on, graciously took them off and ordered the correct size at no extra cost. Tires were put on the next day! I have an old bmw 7 that they also realigned when no one else would do it because "it needed special tools." Excellent service, price, and customer service.
