I stop in with internal hardware from a door that is less than ten years old. The lady behind the counter looks at it and says shes going to send a picture to someone. I figure it was a field locksmith. Within a minute or two I get an immediate and dismissive we cant help you. No explanation why. The way I see it, RJ Lock and security has one job, LOCKS! They do cut the best keys in town though so thats why Im giving them 2 stars.

This place is a rip off I will never recommend them. They rob people flat out. 95 dollar service charge for just coming out and looking at a lock and telling you they cant fix it, these people are a joke, I dont usually review companies but there customer service is garbage too thanks for nothing

Went to get a car key cut. They said no promises, no refunds. Went home, it didnt work. Biggest waste of 20 dollars ever. I will never go back. Thank you for robbing me of my hard earned money.
