What I love the most about east coast safe and lock is their attention to detail, honesty and professionalism. I also like that it is a family business and everyone involved in the business really feels proud to be a part of it. They have done work for me before, but most recently installed a gate lock and rekeyed all the house locks so that just one key worked in everything -- down from 3! Thanks to a top-notch team with a real old fashioned work ethic. I recommend their business without reservation.

I recently hired East Coast Safe and Lock to add four deadbolt locks to upgrade the lock security to my home. . Prices were competitive and I was impressed by the installation technician. He was very knowledgeable and professional. He offered advice to help me decide what type of locks would accomplish my security goals.There was no hard-sell. I would recommend them to anyone if they need locks for their home. He finished quickly and cleaned up after himself.

East coast lock and safe really bailed me out last Saturday. Locked my keys in the trunk at wal mart super center on brook rd. He was out to my car in less than 10 minutes I dont know if he was parked there but I was pretty shocked. Fastest locksmith in Richmond as far as I know. thanks again scott

This is an excellent locksmith for all your needs. The owner is passionate and knowledgable and will bend over backwards to make sure that youre happy with their service. RV keys are difficult to find blanks for but they had them all and were able to make a couple of complete sets for our rig.

Highly recommend this place! I was in a hurry to get my rental rekeyed and scott came on time and finished it really quickly. His fees are reasonable compared to the last locksmith who rekeyed it last time and charged me three times as much.
