I recently purchased an AMSEC safe from Richmond Security. To say that the help I received during the sale and subsequent delivery was excellent would be an under statement. The staff at Richmond Security definitely take the extra step in providing you with all the information required to make the correct selection for your purposes. They clearly take great pains in the delivery procedure to ensure a safe process and complete customer satisfaction. I was also impressed by the continued customer contact from their staff after the installation to ensure all my question and/or concerns were answered and to offer their continued support. Richmond Security clearly puts customer satisfaction first!

I had Richmond Security install some Medeco deadbolts on a home I closed on in November 2016, and they did a fantastic job installing these deadbolts. I also used them to get a padlock keyed the same as the Medeco keys, as well as another one keyed like the levers on my door. I also used them to get a replacement lock for a storm door. The staff in store and the person who came out to my home to install the locks were both fantastic. I would definitely recommend Richmond Security if you would like to have some high security locks installed in your home.

Very willing to tell me that they could not replace a lock on a filing cabinet. They made me keys that i did not need. Then they suddenly changed their story and decided they could change the locks, and had me leave the filing cabinet with them. When i went around back to take it out of the van, i waited for someone to help me unload it, and he said "sorry our lifters are not in today". He then grumbled and unloaded my filing cabinet, complaining about his job.

This morning I had a safe delivered by Richmond Security. The safe could not make it to the 2nd level, so we went to option B; my study. Anyway, the two guys were great. I was going to tip them but had to attend a meeting. Great customer service!!!

Would not cut my car key. Then tried to sell me a key that wouldnt work on my car.... Unbelievable. I highly recommend staying away from this place! I will never go back!
