I locked my keys in the car ( didnt know was possible with a Prius!) outside a library with my 10m old and immediately called this company to come help. The library was closed at this point and I was frantic for a solution. After calling for help, my husband told me our insurance covered roadside assistance and to cancel service with ABA. I called, apologized and explained our insurance is going to cover everything. He got very angry, was VERY rude, and said "dont call back. Ever". I wont. And neither should you.

From start to finish, this was a professional! After four calls to other potential places, all of which were we are too far, nobody able to help us at specified time (after 15-20min call back periods), and sky high rates, ABA Locksmith answered our call the first time and was able to help us fast! They were professional and the rates were the best out of all the prospective other locksmith places. And most importantly: they could come out and got us in our home in less than 10min! Thank you!

Are you kidding me! I called at 730AM today (Saturday) because I saw this listing was 24 hour service. A man picked up and said "do you know what time it is?" Of course I knew what time it was, I was already at work at ANOTHER BUSINESS that operates at this time. This man basically said call me later. I will never call this "business" again. Buddy, if you want to list as a 24 hour service, better damn be available 24 hours. Horrible.

had to replace a lock cylinder on my 76 el camino on a saturday(no other places were open or would do it), didnt have the part in stock, but went out of his way to find it and replace. charged me the lowest price, along with the new part, still cheaper than any other places ive heard. very personable, great advice, and i wouldnt dream of going to anyone else.

I had a corroded gas cap on my motorcycle. I called a few locksmiths and... well I ended up calling ABA. He first gave me advice so I wouldnt waste money on a locksmith. After that did not work he came out and made the job a success. He even charged me a lot less than I would have been paying with others. This is a real story, no bull. @tru_heff

Called them in the early morning for a lockout. Was screamed and cursed at for about 30 seconds then hung up on. A few months later, my girlfriend reported a similar reaction to call in the late afternoon. Not certain who answers the phone, since the reviews of Gus are glowing, but I hope he reads this and cans the jackass who typically answers.

I locked my keys in my car and after several hours of trying to get it unlocked I finally called ABA. They were VERY quick to respond, friendly and had my car open in less than a minute of arriving. Great service, great price! I hope I never have the need for a locksmith again but if I do, I know who I am calling - ABA Locksmith!

If I could give less than a 1, I would. I called to see if they offered lock openings and I was greeted with a condescending and rude employee. When I was checking to make sure what he had said, the response was "thats what I said!" Terrible.
