i had a very bad experience with one of the employee. when i try to talk to her about my bill. she called her self to be the manager and next day i found out she was just an assistant she was very nasty and rude to my friends just because they didnt speak English. When i spoke with her on the phone she was very nasty as well. the day i was able to go pay my bill she was there very nice at first but as we went alone she remember me and went back to be rude. she was on the phone all the time with her headphones around her neck witch i found very unprofessional for a "manager" when we was wrapping up she told me i had a very nasty attitude!!!!! i have never in my life see a manager saying such thing to a costumer. if thats the way she treats complicated costumers she needs to b reevaluate and check if she really deserve to have the position she said she has because im pretty sure im not the 1st or last complicated costumer she is going to have and if i was nasty and rude to her was because she was rude to us! i have referee many people to them but with people like her around i doubt ill ever refereed anyone else i love the ppl there she just needs to get her attitude together and learn how to deal with complicated costumers Employee: KEIANA

I like the Gym, and the location. But It was disturbing and shocked to see 2 guys been disrespected by the manager while am working out at this location. first I assumed that its was some kind of show or prank . But when I saw the manager yelling and run into them like he want to punch the 2 guys. I didn’t believed what my eyes seeing at that time. If he treats those 2 guys with disrespect, god knows what he do for other customers. No one deserves to be treated that way. I never seen Manager created a scene like that in my life but I also wont stand to see people disrespected and treated the way that man treated those 2 guys. He should be the rude and former manager, not the new manager.

This place is a very disorganize bussines everytime you want to cancel your membership the person at the front desk tells you they cant do it because the manager is not available and hes the only one that has access to the system what type of a bussines hires a manager thats never around also in the daycare they have a guy watching your children wich I tottaly disapprove, when they first opened this place the cleaning use to get done often now they rarely do any maintenance to the gym, they charge to much money and give you very poor service it seems to me like the owner of this place is stashing all the money cause theyre personel is being changed very often.

They are too corrupt They took money from my account for no reason .They Have a very bad customer service.They did not give me a worth explanation about the money taken from my account.after all that I decide to finish with them. So I said to one of their employees that I wanted to cancel my membership, he said that the mananger was responsible for that. Manager pretended to have a meeting late at night where nobody was there.I know They were playing with me...That was very disrespectful from them( They went even far They insulted me). I strongly do not suggest this gym to anyone.

Employees each lack knowledge of their own gym policies and are horrible at identifying their own problems within their staff. Asked multiple employees about the cancellation policy and each responded with "I dont know Ill ask the guy that does the cancellations here" or something which led to a demonstration of no understanding of how their gym operates. Could not even cancel my membership without exhibition of bad service

New for now! Clean for now! Most members still do not clean after themselves even though they provide you with wipes to clean your machines. Staff is ok. Personal Training Division is very discriminating and Prejudice. Watch out, they target only those who they can get to. They are rude and unfriendly to the ones that dont need their services.

Staff isnt very friendly. Membership Rep lied and told me my membership was month to month like Planet Fitness - when I tried to cancel they told me I could not do that and I had a 1 year membership. - Needless to say I went back to Planet Fitness in Greenbelt.

I ended my contract early because i was no longer able to go to this gym. They continued to auto-deduct amount form my credit card and would not stop. You can cancel your subcription but they will continue to charge you over 60days. Not a happy customer.

Nice gym, daycare, classes, staff. I think class instructors are treated unfairly so you might lose a good class. No matter your age, weight, etc, you can feel comfortable there.

Im a big fan of this gym. Its rarely crowded, has plenty of equipment and is reasonably priced. Id recommend it to anyone looking for a gym in the area.

I would like for them to open a few hours on Sunday, maybe 6am 10 am. Im month to month. its a little more expensive, but no hassle of contract.
