Quality was supposed to deliver my items between noon and 2:00. They never showed up nor did they call. When they finally came on Thursday the driver acted annoyed and was careless. His hands were dirty from taking off the plastic wrappings and was handling my cream colored furnishings with them. On my insistence he washed his hands but didnt dry them and got wet hand prints on one of the pieces.on the other hand his partner was very careful and courteous. I will not use this company again.

I had a 0730 appointment and the weight scale guy did not show up until 0800. That was irritating, but to top it off he was very rude. They do not have a standard procedure for occupants in the car. For the empty weight weigh in I was allowed passengers, but the full weight they had to get out.

We had to shift from Lexington to Waldorf. Packing items while shifting is really a headache. We contacted Quality Transfer and storage. They packed each and everything perfectly. Very hard working guys.They moved our household good without scratching or denting anything.
