move in usa llc is the absolute worst im sure the other reviews on the site are employees and not customers. main person dealt with was KEITH YOUNG HE AND I EXCHANGED ALOT OF PHONE CALLS AND EMAILS ABOUT PRICING AND I TOLD HIM I WAS COMPARING TO OTHER COMPANIES. AFTER THAT HE PROCEEDED TO TELL ME TO DO MY RESEARCH ABOUT OTHERS BECAUSE THEY MIS QOUTE PRICING AND CHANGE IT ON YOU AT THE LAST MINUTE AS HE WOULD NEVER DO THAT WELL GUESS WHAT THEY DID 3 DAYS BEFORE THE MOVE WELL AS YOU PROBALY REALIZE I DID NOT USE THEM I DO NOT DO WELL WITH PEOPLE WHO DO NOT TELL THE TRUTH THEY TRIED RAISING THE PRICE 900 AT THE LAST MINUTE. I DID FIND ANOTHER COMPANY WHO MATHED THE ORIGINAL PRICE AND DID IT ON 3 DAYS NOTICE. THE CREW WHO SHOWED UP FROM MCKENDREE MOVING AND STORAGE WERE GREAT I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM TO EVERYONE I KNOW AND THEN SOME AND DONT BE FULLED IF YOU LOOK MOVE IN USA AND MOVE IN USA LLC ARE THE SAME COMPANY BUT ONE THE REVIEWS ARE HORRIBLE AND THE OTHER ARE GOOD WITH ONLY 4 REVIEWS OBVIOUSLY THEY HAD TO CHANGE BECAUSE THE BUSINESS WAS SUFFERING. I MOVED FROM MARYLAND TO NORTH CAROLINA BEWARE OF MOVE IN USA LLC OR MOVE IN USA SAME COMPANY DO YOUR RESEARCH ON BOTH BUT YOUR BEST IS MCKENDREE MOVING AND STORAGE FOR HONESTY AND RELIABILITY

I recently used Move in USA llc for an in-town move and simply couldnt be more pleased. First, they were definitely less expensive than their competitors and their pricing was clear from the beginning. No hidden fees, or surprise additions or last minute surcharges. (Ive heard nightmare bills from friends using other movers.) Second, the friendliness of the office staff was impressive, answering my every question in a timely manner, and with professionalism and curtesy. I called 3 days before my Move because the closing on the new home was being postponed last minute, they adjusted oschedule move with ease and calmed my nerves. Third, the moving crew was phenomenal. On time and ready to work! They were 100% prepared for the job and even worked with me in the areas I wasnt quite ready for them to load up. This was 3 full trucks - not a tiny job! They were efficient and ran like a well oiled machine. My belongings were wrapped and cared for with zero damages. I will definitely recommend to all my friends and family to use Move in USA !You are truly an amazing company.

I had a great experience using Move in USA llc. The movers who did my move were consummate professionals and highly reliable. They not only did an outstanding job during the actual move process, but also with scheduling, communication before and after the move, and with paperwork and billing. My movers kept track of time to the minute to ensure that I was only charged for the exact amount of time they were working. In my line of work I have to hire movers frequently, and I regret not having found Move in USA llc earlier. As a person who works with movers often, trust me when I say I have never had a more professional experience with a moving company than with Move in USA llc. Highly recommend.

Overrated: I was promised great service by the owner and the reviews had mostly good things to say, but for the money they charge, they could have and should have done much better. Some of my furniture was dented and scraped/scratched. All of my funiture was somewhat dusty and dirty due to the filth inside the truck and the dirty blankets that were used. One of my plastic containers holding some of my belongings broke and one of my plates broke because they didnt keep the box upright, something I noticed too frequently. The only good things were that the 3 movers seemed like nice guys and worked efficiently to get the job done.

I used Move In USA for a cross country move. While kind and receptive over the phone that quickly faded during the move itself. On pickup they tried to haggle over price for exceeding the cubic footage estimate. However, we had several large bulky furniture items that could have been disassembled and the space reduced dramatically. Considering disassembly and reassembly is included I found it strange for them to attempt to charge me extra for this. Upon unloading they were not careful with our belongings and damaged our dresser, couch, and some other smaller items. I would recommend looking elsewhere for a moving company

Thank you for all you do. The moving crew and the office crew were AMAZING. Your service was fantastic. Did not expect it to be as great of an experience as it was! The workers arrived early and worked very hard and efficiently. I had a lot of valuable antiques to move and the guys took excellent care of everything. They were easy and able to accommodate my last-minute requests without complaint. They explained details of my contract in an easy-to-understand and I was not surprised by the bill amount at the end of the move. We would defiantly use those guys again!

We would certainly use Move In USA if we ever move again. our last move was just as any one would think of a move - just awful. but this time we took the full packing service. the workers were very gentle and everything was just on time. the driver called me 24 hours before arrival and again 1 hour before. the best i can say about any company this days, Honest!

Dont waste your time or money!!! I have moved 5 times and this was the worst experience ever. They are all talk and no action. Boxes were destroyed, boxes are missing, they were 6 hours late and I had to reassemble all my own belongings even though I paid to have them do it. Do yourself a favor and deal with a reputable well known moving company.

recently moved from Maryland to Louisiana.....and very satisfied on all fronts about the move! My main contact was Neil Gallo and he was superb.....knowledgeable, patient, friendly, etc..... as were all the drivers and packing/loading crew. I heartedly recommend this company!
