Received great service at this shop! Was a bit anxious to try them as I had just moved into this state and was looking for a mechanic I can go to regularly. Called in Saturday to verify if they honor the voucher/coupon I had, I didnt have to wait long until someone answered my call-- Sean was courteous in answering my questions despite their busy Saturday schedule. Came in on a Monday where I dropped my car off in the morning and just came back for it in the afternoon--- they are conveniently located with 4 nearby bus stops. Had an oil change done and this included them doing a maintenance check on my car (not sure if this is just because I had the coupon/voucher, or if this really comes with their oil change service). They also helped check my tire pressure and set my tire pressure up correctly(sure is a big help as I find this tough to do in cold weather :P) I checked my oil and the level as soon as I got home and so far I think they did do it well. By the way, on my way out their driveway, I noticed a sign that says "AAA Approved Auto Repair"! :) This definitely is my go to place from now on whenever I need something done on my car!

Friendly Staff and Bi-lingual. I had my front brakes/rotors replaced on Saturday 8/15/2015. I dropped my car off at 9am, and it was ready just before closing at 2pm. Not the worst, wait time since it was ready that same day. However, as soon as I stepped on the brakes at a traffic light, I noticed that I had to press the brake almost all the way to the floor mat before getting any response. I nearly hit the car in front of me. They are closed on sunday so, I had to spend the next day with miserable brakes. Im not a mechanic, but I at least know that when you change the brakes you also flush out the brake fluid and make sure it has enough pressure in the system. This was cerainly not done since I have to slam on my new brakes just to slow down. This was an incomplete replacement and not worth the cost. Train your staff better!!

First, my grand parents come here to get all the work on their cars done. I received a coupon for an alignment, so I took my car in. The gentleman at the desk, Mike, was awesome. He explained things to me, a female with very little knowledge on cars, so many things! I ended up getting another service which fixed the problem I had. Mike gave me an estimate for some more work I needed done and told me to just call when I was ready. No pressure and he didnt make me feel like my car would fall apart if I didnt do the work. I appreciate him explaining things for me. I also appreciate the mechanic (not sure of his name) who worked on my car who rotated my tires for me. I will 100% return to get work done on my car. Let Me Start Off By Saying The Guy Thats In Charge Doesnt Have The Best Attitude But He Was Never Rude To Me Which Is The Only Reason I Decided To Come Get Oil Changes Here. From The First Day I Got There I Noticed Shawn Has A Nasty Attitude He Never Smiles They Look Like They Hate Their Job And He Never Makes I Contact With Me , Well Today I Found Out That The Havent Been Doing My Oil Changes Correctly For The Past 5?Times They Havent Changed The Gas Ring That Is All Beaten Up ! Never Going Back Again , If Youre A Consistent Customer Here Bring Your Car Somewhere Else And See If Theyre Really Doing There Job Right. They Got 2 Stars Only Because When I Come Its In And Out No Hassle But Now I See Why

Still working with management, but had a basic service of an oil change and tire rotation and discovered the next day that I was missing a lug nut on a wheel. They put another one on, a spare that I happened to have laying around and offered me a couple free oil changes which was great. A few days later I notice a smell of antifreeze and pop my hood to discover my radiator cap is missing!!! Whether it was improperly replaced or not replaced at all after servicing doesnt matter- this is just blatant ignorance. Thankfully my vehicle never overheated! I dont care what they offer me, Im not letting Precision touch my care again!

Attention Groupon users! I bought the Groupon for the oil change at this site, it was $25. But when I got there, they told me it would be $13~14 besides that coupon. Are you kidding me? I would have accepted if it was $5 extra, but $13??? Thats more than a 50% of the original price Id paid The worst one was that the clerk there redeemed the coupon even before I get the services, so I could not refund my coupons but had to call customer services. Yeah... they are trying to getting money out of you as much as they can. I would never recommend to use this place. I wasted so much time and $$.

maybe the other people reviewing this place is white, because when i, a black man walked in, i was treated with very much disrespect. the man at the desk wouldnt even shake my hand, and they left oil in the front seat of the car, that my dog almost ate. literally from the second i talked to him until the time i left, the man at the front had the biggest attitude. my questions were responded with "yeah" "mhm" and when i took my key off the key ring, he said "just give me your keys". extremely rude, disrespectful, dirty...dont go here, especially if youre black.

I bought a coupon from Groupon for alignment of my car. After they have done their work , I figure it out that in highway its pulling to the left. So I took the car back and they told me that oh we didnt do the alignment for your car because there is a problem with your tire!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! So I asked them why you said on my receipt that its aligned ?!?! And one of them told me were sorry maybe because of typo we wrote that!!!!! I dont recommend this "auto care center" at all.

I had a great experience with Sean at this location. I was due to leave town when my car started acting up and was unsafe to take on my trip. I left it with Sean who called and explained the problem and the fix, and it was very reasonable. I had to leave it with him for a couple days because of the way my schedule worked out, and he was very cool about it. He seems a little brusque at first but he was so helpful. I really appreciated their work!

Pro: They are not technically criminals Con: They over filled the fluids in my car and tried to trick me by running the engine before pulling the dip stick. Volume is volume bro. If you used my entire 5 Qt container of expensive synthetic oil on a 4 Qt engine, you over filled it. Just say sorry and fix it.
