Let me preface my review with the fact that I am in the Armed Forces. As such I often need to move to new areas and constantly have to find a new mechanic. The hard part is always finding that honest mechanic that takes real pride in their work. I called numerous places in the area because my Jeep Wrangler broke down. And each place I called or visited were charging too much for labor fees or had some of the worst customer service. Thankfully I came across the Service Center. The customer service was excellent. They provided me with information on my vehicle and pricing every step of the way. The pricing was more than reasonable. They figured out I was a service member and took very good care of me. The work itself- I inspected my vehicle after the work was completed. And you can tell that they not only take pride in their work but go above and beyond to make sure your vehicle is taken care of. This includes providing information on preventative maintenance as well. I will not only be returning here for any further work or maintenance but will be reccomending it to my fellow service members on post as well.

I cant say enough good things about these guys at Mount Airy Service Center, and I strongly recommend them to anyone who needs service on their car. They are very knowledgeable, efficient, fair, and most of all HONEST. They will tell you whats really going on with your car, and wont try to gouge you for every penny. They take time to explain everything and offer various options. My wife and I have both had our cars serviced here for years, and its great knowing that we are in good hands with a great mechanic who we absolutely trust. Every time I leave Mount Airy Service Center, I know the job has been done right, and they will stand by their work. Please put this car repair shop on your list if you need a good trustworthy team of mechanics. Five stars isnt enough for them. They deserve at least ten stars.

Great Shop! Needed a tune up, had a cylinder misfire as well as a couple other related issues. Very knowledgeable. He had my car in and out of the shop in 5 hours. Price was what it should have been for the fix. No shady deals with this shop. They obviously know the market and price accordingly. When I get my timing belt replaced this summer Im going to use this shop. Thanks guys for being a breath of fresh air in the auto repair industry. My Honda will never go to another shop.

I had given them a bad review last week when I learned the parts they used in my car had to be replaced. They responded immediately and told me that parts and labor are under warranty and I am getting the car fixed without having to spend a penny! They were great with helping resolve this issue. They stand by their word and were very helpful. I would use them again and highly recommend them to anyone.

This place is horrible. I have tried taking my car here twice and both times they charge me for diagnostics and said they cant do anything. Both times I had it checked by someone else and I knew they problem and told them. They said they could do anything and then just charged me for nothing. This place is a total waste dont waste your time.

Mt. Airy Service Center is amazing!! They informed me of the problem right away, fixed my car at a more than reasonable price and had it out the door to me within a day!! Im very impressed and will be taking my car there for all future needs along with referring friends and family! Best place in Mt. Airy hands down!!!

This place is terrible. They said it would take a hour to a hour and a half to put an interlock system in. Its been 5 days and Ive been cussed out by their employees for bothering them. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE CUSTOMER SERVICE DOESNT EXIST, AVOID AT ALL COST.

Matt and CJ are wonderful. They give great service - honest, efficient, and timely. The kind of place where a person can come in with whatever auto disaster is happening and they make time to fix problem and get you on your way. No bull, just great service.
