The latest experience we had with this business is what gives the automotive repair industry a bad name. I have never had a worse customer service experience. Purchased four "new" tires from them in March 2016. At that time they did an alignment as well. In August 2016 we discovered our front tires were bald, twelve thousand miles later. My husband stopped in the shop. They looked at the van and forty five minutes later told us what we already knew, that the front two tires were completely worn and needed to be replaced. They said they would get the tires in and call us. Never heard from them. Weeks later we called and were told that the tires were sent back because WE never called. That was just the beginning of a huge run around met with many lies, (at best half truths,) inconsistencies, excuses and complacency. There was nothing done or offered to lead us to believe we were valued as customers or that they cared at all about keeping our business. They never could explain WHY our tires wore out so soon. The last straw came when the shop "manager" told me that our car would be ready by 1:30. Showed up at 2:30 and it was on the lift. Wasnt ready until 2:50. Zero apology. We will stick with honest, fair and professional Lees Automotive in Westminster. Should have gone there in the first place. UNSURPRISINGLY, THE RESPONSE ADDED BELOW IS NOT ACCURATE. BOTTOM LINE, THIS BUSINESS SOLD US 60,000 MILE TIRES THAT LASTED 12,000 MILES, AND THEN MADE US PAY FOR THEM AFTER HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. HOW GENEROUS OF THEM TO CORRECT THE ALIGNMENT THAT THEY SAID COULD HAVE CAUSED THE ABNORMAL WEAR IN THE FIRST PLACE, RIGHT? ADDITIONALLY, NO ONE "OFFERED" ME ANYTHING. I HAD TO REFUSE TO PAY THE $46.00 THAT THEY WANTED TO CHARGE FOR THE LABOR. DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE IF YOU WANT TO DEAL WITH A PROFESSIONAL COMPANY THAT STANDS BEHIND THEIR WORK AND TIRES. AFTER THE TREATMENT WE RECEIVED FROM THIS BUSINESS WE WILL BE SURE TO SHARE THIS EXPERIENCE WITH ANYONE WE CAN. THEY ARE AFFILIATED WITH TIRE WORLD IN FREDERICK.

Stalking Vengeance

I came in early morning to check the price to put a tire on my rim. The first flag was the manager asking what size wheel I had. The price usually doesnt vary as the majority of the time all tires are changed using a machine. I have the smallest size wheels on a car (13"). The manager priced me at $20 for the install after I let him know just how little money I had for this and that my tire would shred within the 100 miles or so. I guess he assumed I was ignorant about cars as he said I wouldnt make it another 5 minutes driving on it. I walked away after he told me the price and wouldnt work with me and said to myself "This is why I dont come here anymore". He then chose to come back outside because he overheard me say this and give me a hard time for having an opinion on he spoke to me. He then tells me it takes over 30 minutes to change a tire. That is insane. I have worked in a garage and I changed out tires in under 10 on a regular basis. I used to love this place and enjoyed talking with the guys while they worked. They recently switched management and theyve segregated customers from the shop. It doesnt feel the same and you can tell that the new management only cares about the bottom line.

Truly quick and amazing service. Unfortunately I didnt even know they were there until a friend told me about them. But on that note the employees are very easy to get along with and friendly. I called to order tires on a Thursday and they said no problem they will be there the next day. Little did I know that I was going to get a phone call the same day I called to order them and they were there that day. In and out service as quick as possible while doing a wonderful job. I WILL DEFIANTLY BE GOING BACK!!!!!! Keep up the great work guys!!

well .. i can say i had some troubles here in the past. but... the owner was very eager to sort out any unhappy customers and i really appreciate that. he was very helpful and i would rely on him to fix anything that someone wouldnt be happy with. he offered a refund and was very insistent on making sure i left satisfied
