The lady that answered my call was polite, patient with my questions, and recommended what turned out to be exactly what was needed. She was helpful throughout the entire process, explaining to me what was needed, how long the paperwork would take, and their expectations of me as a customer. Explicit, courteous, and polite. EXCELLENCE!!!! Selling a house and moving can be stressful! Unfortunately during this time and my dad was in the hospital in NC and then past.
