This came up with my daughters name (on my phone) but I am writing this review for my husband. He just walked in and asked if they could find a slow leak on the rear tire and fix it on our zero turn lawn mower. The man said "no we dont do that. Umm maybe we could find the leak. But we dont do that." My husband took the tire and left. He was so damn Mad. He said its sure is sad when a tire business cant even find a leak in a tire! He said poor business and he wont ever return! Also Mr Tire in Prince Frederick had no other business at the time which was 9:30am. We left and took the tire to Tire Plus in California, Md in St Marys county behind BJs off of Rt. 235. An older gentleman said "sure I will fix it for you!" It took all of 5 minutes! He found the leak which was around the Valve stem and replaced the valve stem and said "no charge and have a nice day"! Wow! My husband gave him a good tip, thanked him and said we will surely come back and also tell everyone we know! Thank you Tire Plus in St Marys County and shame on you Mr Tire in Prince Frederick, Md in Calvert County (the county we are from).

I called Mr Tire in Prince Frederick, MD to make an appointment for my 82 year old father to take his truck in for oil change, I was told he could bring it in on Friday and leave it, the earlier the better and they would get it done. Friday came and my 82 year old father who has a trach and on oxygen took his truck to Mr Tire as instructed by the guy who answered the phone at Mr Tire, only to be told he was no where in the computer as having an appointment and they could not fit him in for a oil change. This was totally uncalled for!!! This man is 82 years old, uses a walker for mobility and has a very hard time getting around. We will never use Mr Tire again!!!!!

I made an appointment to get my oil changed, yet watched countless customers walk in after me and leave before I finally decided to inquire as to the progress on my car... apparently they had finished it and never bothered to let me know, after I had waited for 2 1/2 hours in their scummy waiting room... The guy who rang me up was rude, too. He implied I didnt know my right from left when he clearly didnt know which side of the parking lot theyd left my car. Never going back...

Tire under warranty, and they didnt want to make good on it. Had Granados (Prince Frederick) confirm the defect was under warranty (they also offered to do the warranty work). Took it back to Mr Tire, relayed the second opinion I received from Granados and made them eat the warranty work. Will never use Mr Tire again, and will not recommend either; no matter great the deal!

I had a ruptured tire, and on a Sunday they were able to replace my tires on short notice and I only waited two hours. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable.
